Five stars all the way! ⭐ The atmosphere is beautiful and warm, making it a great place for a special dinner or a night out. We tried several items from the menu and everything was excellent—from the drinks and appetizers to the main course and desserts. The filet was cooked to absolute perfection. Brennen was our server and he did a fantastic job taking care of us. We will definitely be back and highly recommend The Chop House in Alcoa, TN.

Me and a friend came in Saturday for a late lunch and everything was amazing. The food was excellent and the restaurant was so inviting with the sweetest staff and bartenders. I highly recommend trying the espresso martini, it is phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back! They have tons of lunch specials and the portions were huge! So happy to have one of my favorite restaurants here In Maryville!

I live right next door and watched this being built from the dirt up! The dining room is beautiful! More than I even imagined.
The food is exceptional. Prime rib, perfect temperature, was in the top 5 I have ever tasted. The “Parmesan” creamed spinach was too tangy. I did not taste the salty Parmesan at all. We asked for a replacement. Manager Adam brought it to us. It tasted about the same. He asked if we wanted to try another side. At that point in our meal the answer was no. It would have been nice, and accepted, however, if he had offered a complimentary dessert. The wedge salad was very fresh and delicious.
The service appears, of course, to be a work in progress. When 1 person brought us a drink refill, they left the empty glasses on the table instead of picking them up. Our actual server, Evie, was delightful! I understand her background is in bartending. Please relay that this is not bar service but table side service. We loved her, but we do not want her to hang out at our table while we have dinner. Or lean against our table. This is dinner, not cocktails.
Overall, a really great experience and much welcomed addition to Blount county!! I can’t wait to watch you grow on the inside now!

Last night, my husband and I went to the new Chop House in Maryville/Alcoa. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. Our server was a young man named Carrie, who was very attentive, kind, and helpful. As we were sitting and enjoying our meal, I noticed all of the staff Supporting and helping each other, regardless of their “area”. The managers were there and readily available to all of the staff and customers to help with whatever was needed and answer any questions. You could definitely tell that the training program at this company is very well done. We loved our experience last night and will definitely be going back!

Our first visit and it was exceptional! From the greeters to our server Sage, to the plate runners and to Ashley who came and touched our table twice and had great conversations. Amazing food, drinks and service throughout. This will be our new steakhouse moving forward and not having to make the drive to Knoxville. Appreciate ya!
