$$$ This is a rather pricey place to eat. The food is good, service was good and the atmosphere is nice. None of which warrant the very high prices here, In my humble opinion. I would recommend lunch over dinner here as the prices go up substantially after 4pm.

After a previous mediocre visit we decided to give the restaurant another try. We’re so glad we did. Food and service were both excellent. Wife got turkey, I got prime rib, both well prepared and super tasty. Salads were fresh, potatoes were great. No room for dessert. Waiter (Charles) was very well trained, appropriate and efficient. There when anything was needed, not intrusive at all. Couldn’t have been a better meal. A little pricey but worth it for special experience. This is dining like it was when elegance was still in style. Thank you all.

I had a fantastic experience at the chophouse in Kingsport, Tennessee. The staff was unbelievably helpful, courteous, and professional. I ate lunch here and had the 7 ounce sirloin steak with the loaded mashed potatoes. I also had the spinach dip with chips as an appetizer and a Caesar salad. everything was prepared perfectly. We were greeted by the manager and multiple servers with great professionalism and help. I highly recommend the chophouse to anyone wanting a delicious meal in a fantastic atmosphere.

Let me tell you…. Best dining experience in a very long time. Jason was my amazing server. The food was the best I have had in a very long time. I was there on business and happy my hotel staffed recommended this place. The gumbo was so good I had to buy containers to take some back home with me on my flight the next day. The shrimp bisque was amazing also. It was hard to choose between the two. I will be eating here every time I am in the area!!

I had the grilled chicken parmesan with steamed broccoli the chicken was overcooked and tough and the broccoli was the best part of my meal, and it was cold….. Our waiter was great ….good service

The Ultimate Bloody Marys are incredible, and the food was top notch. My server/bartender Rochelle was impeccable. She was intuitive, timely, and conversational. She absolutely made my afternoon; and of course, the atmosphere at the Chop House is always divine. I highly recommend all their offerings.

Service and atmosphere is great. We have only been here 2 times and the first time going my fiance had a bug in her salad. We were taken care of well by management, so about over a month later so we decided to give our another try. And when our food arrived as they were setting it down there was a long hair hanging from under my food off the plate. So they had to replace a meal while I was sitting there and my food was getting cold, so we could eat together as this was a date. This time around management was not super kind. He seemed to brush it off said he’d take care of the meal which he did but that was it. Completely opposite of the female manager the 1st time.

Always a delight. The place was packed as usual and we were in a hurry so we sat at the bar and ate with our waters. Bartender was extremely nice and took very good care of us. The people at a table behind us were talking about how good their food was and how each had ordered something different. The Chop House never disappoints and is a special treat each time we go. Looking forward to our next time.
