Established in 1992 by Mike Connor with the help of family and friends, The Chop House has become one of the premier casual restaurant concepts in the Southeast, with ten locations spread across four states. The prime rib was excellent — tender and cooked perfectly. The real surprise was the blue cheese dressing. I was told it’s made in house, and it was easily the best I’ve had in years.

It was our first time in, certainly not the last. We were celebrating our 8th anniversary and could not have been happier with the entire experience. Our server Brittney C gave absolutely stellar service from beginning to end, thank you Brittany. The food was above bar; Prime Rib like butter, the au-jus, chefs kiss. My wife had the grilled salmon…OMG!!

We had a great experience! I ordered the filet, salad and a loaded baked potato, and all were excellent. The filet was tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the loaded potato was hot, creamy, and generously topped. Our waiter, Michael, provided outstanding service — he was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a very delightful experience. Went for lunch with a friend. We were not rushed at all. Service was good but not overbearing. TJ let us chat and would discreetly slip a new drink on the table. Even after he cleared the plates, he still checked in periodically. Very relaxing.
The food was good and plentiful. My soup didn’t come until I reminded TJ (he did not deliver the food initially) but no big deal. It was all hit and delicious.
The atmosphere is ok but nothing special.

Great place to celebrate three birthdays in our family! The food and service were fantastic! Our server was Caden. She is a true asset to Chop House. Friendly and professional. Our drinks and bread were always filled. Never rushed! Perfectly timed! Party of 9. Everyone complimented positively about their meals and service! A+++
