I went to the Elm Grove Chocolate Factory last night for a sundae. The last time I went an employee named Aaron was there and he knocked it out of the park. Last night Devin was there and it was just as good. Devin was friendly, professional, and constantly moving. The other staff members were also on the move. The place was busy HOWEVER Devin ran it like a well oiled machine. Orders were being delivered to the customers quickly and correctly! Tables were cleaned, the condiment are was stocked and the customer service could not have been better.
Do yourself a favor and checkout the Elm Grove Chocolate Factory especially when Aaron and Devin are there. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great experience

So other than one employee the place is great. Food is always wonderful and the staff with the exception of the one, is very friendly.
She was very rude. Me and my friend were still deciding on a flavor of ice cream to pick out. The moment we decided and someone noticed us. She came over annoyed that we didn’t speak up or say anything. We got help from someone else thankfully and he was amazing

I always love this spot. Don’t get out of here as much as I would like but the sandwiches are always made quickly and fresh and the ice cream is great. I do think that the price point for a milkshake or things like that is a bid on the high side but they taste good so we just do it anyway! Thanks for all the good food and the good service

As my followers may know I usually get a picture of the food for my reviews. Unfortunately the ice cream was too good for me to get a picture of before I devoured it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a wonderful manager named eloy. He was an absolute pro at interacting with kids and adults. He was very helpful and pleasant to interact with.

We are new to the area and wanted to give the ice cream a try. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of options. The worker was friendly and offered us samples, which was nice as we have kids, but we all chose after the first sample. They price their ice cream by weight which we thought was smart so no customer could feel shorted. It was roughly 6 dollars per person on our trip. We got one hot fudge sundae, 3 dipped waffle cones and one regular dish. All the ice creams tasted great. We will be back and may even try a sub next time!

The Chocolate Factory in Elm Grove is a family favorite. My daughter and I can’t resist stopping for a couple of scoops of ice cream, and my wife loves their chocolate-dipped cones. Their soups and sandwiches are just as good. With friendly service, a cozy atmosphere, and great food all around, it’s one of our favorite spots.
