Haven’t been to a Chocolate Factory in many years. Friend suggested a lunch. It was a good choice.
We got a couple of sandwiches. One sub and another Croissant Sandwich, Blackberry Turkey (I like new/novel foods). Both were excellent.
They serve Chocolate Shoppe IceCream so we saved room for a couple of cones. If you like chocolate with interesting textures and flavors, pick the “Sticks and Stones”. You won’t be disappointed.
Super friendly and helpful staff. The place was very clean and tidy.

This is such a fun place to eat! They have amazing subs! (best bread ever!). Their ice cream is amazing and they even have egg & milk free options, which is so great, as my little grandson has food allergies and with these choices, he can enjoy a summer day going out for ice cream with his friends. The managers, Danielle and Carly, have helped me with catering needs for school events and recently a non-profit benefit!!
The whole experience is wonderful- from the amazing food and ice cream to the cleanliness of the store and the great management.

They always have amazing food and friendly staff. We had various subs that had fresh vegetables on them. They offer quite a variety of subs along with having special monthly subs not offered on their menu. Their bread is always fresh. Price is good for quality of food and very comparable to other places. Cute soda shop setting. They also offer a wide variety of very tasty ice cream.

Got a brownie fudge sundae and the brownie was frozen, so frozen my spoon broke. Asked staff to microwave brownie and they did but felt the need to tell me future reference the brownies are frozen in this sundae unless you specify warm. I politely told the lady we have order the sundae multiple times and have never gotten a frozen brownie. Plus the menu says “served with a warm brownie”

A friend recommended I stop here for lunch when I told her I was looking for a salad. The Chocolate Factory for a salad?! Indeed! The restaurant is super clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There were 5 salad options to choose from, including the salad of the day. I chose the turkey avocado option. The ingredients were all high quality and very fresh. The portion was large enough that I was satisfied with half. The best part was that it came with fresh bread that was literally steaming when I opened it! I broke my no white carbs policy and scarfed it down before my salad! Very reasonable prices, too! This has to be one of our areas’ best kept secrets! I’ll definitely be back!

One of my favorite sub shops and ice cream parlors. Great sandwiches and a nice selection of ice cream flavors you can have made in a cone (plain or chocolate dipped), sundae, or shake. If you decide to grab one of their many small condiment containers they offer, filled with pickles, jalapenos, banana peppers, or black olives, please check the contents before putting on your sandwich. My sisters black olives were moldy, which were brought to the attention of staff members.

The food is good. No issues there. However I paid $26 for two mini sandwiches, a mini shake, and a junior sundae. We did not get drinks or chips. The mini sandwiches are about 4 inches long. I can’t imagine how much I would have spent on regular sandwiches or if I would have gotten chips too. Yikes!

Restaurant and ice cream shop located in a strip mall near downtown Oconomowoc. Limited indoor and outdoor seating but we were luckily able to snag an outdoor table. The interior booths look like they’ve been recently renovated. 2 cases of different ice creams and sherbert options as well as multiple cone choices. I enjoyed a turkey blackberry jam croissant- the combination of the sweet jam and giardiniera is my favorite. The soft, buttery croissant just completes the awesome sandwich. I did also try a scoop of the sticks and stones (chocolate) ice cream. The saltiness of the little sticks of pretzels and the sweetness of the ice cream was another great combo. Overall, really great food.

When Tim Bradford walked in the building all eyes were on him, they treated him with the finest respect. Loading up his ice cream with as much toppings as he wanted. The chocolate factory gets my 5/5 stars.
