This place was so lovely. I Occasionally come to Grand Island from Lincoln for work. The downtown is so lovely. This Chocolate Bar is a great place; plenary if option, including food and drinks. Love all the creative decor. Super nice staff. Absolutely the best in town.

Very interesting place. We came 1 hour before the closing. But the atmosphere was, that they are ready to go home. It does look like well maintained, clean. But also very unusual that they will clean tables and floor when you eat. The food was just heated, but still ok. The top thing was, it is 8.10 you have to leave! I am not sure what format is this, bakery, cafe, coffee shop, home restaurant?

10/10 for this elegant spot in Downtown Grand Island. Attention to every detail was paid from the fabulous music, soft lighting, cozy temperature, shiny glassware, cute plates to the calming sunlit dining area. We sat at the comfy bar and sampled the yummy adult drinks, a decadent latte, and eyed the delectable gluten-free goodies but were too full after our incredible lunch to try any sweets. I love that I could order a gluten-free grilled cheese with my home-made tasty tortilla soup and who could forget the incredible famous Dreisbach augratins! I nearly licked my bowl clean. Whether you need a quiet spot to start your morning with a delicious coffee, a sunny place for a perfect lunch or a romantic dinner idea for date night out, the Chocolate Bar quite impressively has something for everyone. Can’t wait to return!

I love this place. It is a go-to for my mom and I. They always give us friendly service and the prime rib never disappoints. The atmosphere is amazing and give a comfy relaxing feel as you’re dining in especially at Christmas time. I live in Lincoln and meet my mom here every time I come to town to visit. Place is amazing. I loved the food. The presentation was great, the flavors complex and the dessert was decedent. It’s a cute place with a back room for parties, but the front area where we sat felt crowded even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The decor is a bit plain, which added to my surprise how nicely our food and drinks were presented. Although the prices are on the upper end, it was all worth it. The service was friendly and quick. I will definitely return for the dessert and coffee alone

One of my favorite restaurants in Grand Island! They have some of the best alcoholic beverages for very reasonable prices. They were voted Best Desserts in GI and I understand why after eating the Almond Butter cake. It’s literally life changing! Can’t go wrong with any of their food menus either. Favorite appetizer I always recommend to my friends is the Truffle Garlic Toast. When I’m in a hurry, I can always call ahead with my order and just pay at pick up.

Very good food. The menu changes through the day so that something to be mindful of. Not everything is served all the time! The lunch sandwiches are incredible and the stuffed portobello for dinner is something I will definitely come back for! The cheese board was also very good, they went as far as explaining each cheese to me, very informative!

Best beverage we’ve had in weeks (the blueberry matcha latte—tastes like homemade jam). Large, busy cafe with breakfast, lunch (wraps, soup, and sandwiches), gourmet ☕️coffee & tea, cocktails, cakes, cupcakes, and chocolate truffles They offer a GREAT lunch special— $10 for half a wrap + slice of cake + chips! Also check out the 3 for $10 breakfast toast deal. Servers claim the crème brule is the star of the show. ✅♿️ wheelchair accessible and plenty of seating options.

Amazing everything! A true gem in Grand Island! Food, drink, service, all top notch. Went for dinner with a group and had bacon wrapped dates to start, then pecan crusted halibut for the main, delicious. Had a smoked bourbon cocktail that blew my mind. Tried a friend’s steak and wow, perfect. Wonderful service, just love this place!
