Stopped to get gasoline and saw this small food truck on the side of the lot. I looked online and saw it had good reviews. I decided to try it out and had some fried fish and shrimp with chips. I was delightfully surprised. It was actually really good. The seafood is very fresh and the cooker actually dipped it in the batter right in front me. The shrimp are not big but ok sized, all that was missing was some coleslaw. If you’re on the road in the Jersey City area and have an urge for some fried fish you can stop here because this is a very good option. It’s a very small food truck but the food is freshly cooked with a very big tast! The seasoning on the chips and all the dipping sauces are a nice addition. It was late so they have some late hours which is nice as well. There was no seating available like some food trucks have outside, but probably because there is limited space in the lot., even though it would have been nice to have some tables and chairs to sit. Keep up the great work!

You want to eat fried fish and chips this is the place to go. The guy there Omar the worker is very respectful and funny. I ordered the Titanic that includes fish, shrimp, calamari and chips was freaking delicious I forgot to take a picture for the review because I was destroying it. Great place to grab a quick bite on the go. I forgot to mention they also have wings for football games. I recommend this place for grab n go enjoy!!!

If i could give 100 stars i would! The guy that runs the stand at the gas station in jersey city is amazing! So friendly every time me and my gf go and i am super happy to have him and the chippery in our city!
The friendliness of the guy is just top jotch every visit! He greets you with a smile and is very attentive to your order details!
The fish and chips are so light and the seasoning is perfect! Its a very nice way to present fish and chips and the fish pieces are huge!

Really enjoy this late night sea fry establishment. The food is good & have variation of different seasonings & sauce sides based on the platform you order from. The packing is made to prevent moisture build up & still keep the food hot. The best part is the sweets the fried Twix is so worth it!

Been there two time already, and it is one of the best fish & chips I had in NJ so far, I tried their Cod fish, butterfly shrimp, and for the first time in my life I tried the soft shell crab, amazing food, crispy to perfection, generous amount of fries, and a very good hospitality, I wish f they add curry to their seasoning to give it more authentic flavor touch, and maybe thicken the batter a bit more, over all, this is my favorite fish and chips spot so far in NJ.

Okay so I don’t mean to be the rain cloud on everyone else’s good review but I did not get the experience everyone else did. For starters, my fish was not seasoned at all. Not even a little bit. Had it been seasoned it would’ve been perfect bc it had a pretty good crunch to it. I got the fish & crab and the crab was also a disappointment. It looked more like a little spider ( it was really tiny) was expecting so much more ! And finally the chips. I really wanted to like the chips. However they were way too salty. I didn’t even finish it. Anyway here’s a few photos- the photos make the crab look bigger than it is. Maybe I just ordered in a bad night.

I just SUPER LOVE this place!!! Good Shrimp and Chips!!! Golden crisp, fried to perfection the cute shrimp and adorable chips! I have been to the food truck location as well as their location on route 22. Same same same!! Love it!! Love it!! Love it!! And the Tartar Sauce Delicious!!! I love a good tartar and they nailed it!!! Thank you for bringing back a good ole fish & chips spot!!
P.s. and they open late on the weekends…2 am type late!!!
