Best juicy burger on the bayou! The fries with cheese and roast beef are best ordered with crispy fries and beef and cheese in containers so that you can share the large portion with someone! The cheese and beef with excellent gravy are packaged in 2 containers each with fries in the main container. This way when you get home, your fries are not soft and soggy! Of course, on any warm day of the year, this is the perfect place for a snowball! The variety of flavors and options for toppings is amazing. The people who work there are friendly and work quickly, but maintain the excellent quality and presentation of the food when there are rush periods like when school lets out. A great option for takeout for a group as the variety is beyond any other place around! I always order ahead for food that may take time to prepare so it will be ready when I drive up. I recommend the same or park your car in the front to place your order and wait either on the porch or in your car, the team who works there will let you know when to go get your hot food at the window and only use the drive through if ordering snow balls or things that are prepared for you quickly. It is just a common courtesy to do this and the drive through moves faster in rush times if you call ahead to order anything when you know the line will be long in the drive through. Be nice and call in your order and then go get it. You can always call ahead and if there is a line in the drive through, you can park in the front and walk the less than 30 passes to get your food and go home and eat it hot and fresh! Use the options available for ordering and pick up wisely and everyone will be happier as they go through their day. Keep their number in your contacts! I sure do!

Food wasn’t great, but I suppose that may be what’s expected from a drive through food place. The chili specifically wasn’t real good. My daughter did enjoy the ice cream. My wife didn’t care for the burger. Service was good, food wasn’t real great. Stick to snowballs and ice cream.

We ordered for seven. My cheeseburger poboy had soggy bread. For someone that hates soggy bread, this was unfortunate. The poboy wasn’t toasted, this would had made my sandwich much better in my opinion. The poboy was larger than what I’ve received at other places in the area. The milkshakes are good but the special ice cream blasts are very overpriced. The menu is much larger than what I would expect for the size of the location.

Won’t be back. Food is ok at best. But the attitude of some of the staff isn’t worth spending my money there anymore. Ordered something and the girl had her note pad but was annoyed the whole time taking the order and then my order wasn’t right 3 times and in listening distance she went on to talk about me as if I was right there.

Ordered a hamburger, shrimp on a bun a lemonade and a coke. Also ordered onion rings. Didn’t get the onion rings in our order. Went back to get them and was told I wasn’t charged for them. $18.50 for what I was given. The prices didn’t add up. We just left. Will not be back again. Prices way too high for the quality of the food!

While staying in the area visiting friends, my wife wanted some ice cream so I searched for ice cream near me and found the Chill Out. We had their pineapple and king cake flavored ice cream. They were like a sherbert in texture. Both were delicious and the young lady that took our order and prepared them was very friendly and helpful.

Good snowballs and ice cream. Food is to over priced for not so great quality and taste of food nor the amount you get. Roast beef was very dry and had barely to no gravy. Lastly, the employees are rude. I probably wouldn’t order a meal or drink from there again.

Too expensive, only fills your cup of snowball ball 3/4 of the way, when you pay for a 32oz cup of snowball you get a cup with a cone on top, not at the Chill Out, had to ask her to fill it up and it still wasn’t to the top of the cup, almost $ 9.00 for1- 32 oz and 1 – 16oz. REMEMBER WHEN I WAS A KID .50 OR $1.00 THE MOST, now most people have to work almost an hour for a large snowball, IT’S SAD PAYING THAT MUCH FOR ICE,WATER AND SUGAR, I won’t be stopping there anymore

This was one of my go to spots for hot dogs or some ballpark food and overpriced ice cream. New girl came give me my ice cream outside because someone was waiting on food at the window making a line. After not asking if I wanted my change she assumed the dollar change was just hers to keep as she seemed surprised that I was still outside waiting on my change when she came back outside to bring the next car ice cream without bringing my change. It’s a principal thing! Train your employees to understand the difference between tipping and taking!
