Delicious and juicy chicken, has a nice flavor. Enjoyed the bowl with its fresh ingredients and it was a large portion so enjoyed what I could and took the rest home. Next time I would try their wrap, I watched them make it and the seared it in what looked like a large panini maker. Za’atar fries were tasty and crispy. Ask for sauces, they have all kinds that seem like they’re homemade.

Wife and I decided to drive down to Newport Beach. Wife saw it on facebook and decided we should try it.
Wife got the Chimichurri wrap . Wife didn’t enjoy it. Wished it had a little bit less of the pickled onions.
I got the Char’d Bowl . Excellent and fresh. Za’tar fries are addicting!!!
My only other problem was the size of their diet coke bottles. I have never seen a bottle so small (8oz?). And for the price! Forget about it! Plan on coming back soon.

I don’t say this lightly…… this is hands down the best wrap I’ve ever eaten. The OG wrap at The Chicken Shop is actually the OG. Like… if wraps had a hall of fame, this one would be first ballot, unanimous decision.

I have never tried Lebanese food and Mohammed was there for it! He guided me through the menu and helped me choose some very tasty items. I was prepared to try things that I’ve never had before.
I had the newport bowl, OG wrap, and the beets and sweet potatoes. I’ve never had unpickled beets nor have i had cold sweet potato. But it was very good. Everything I ate was fresh! Homemade! And the service was very quick, especially with made to order food.

Excellent Chicken Shawarma (OG Wrap), the charcoal roasting makes all the difference in flavor. The Newport Bowl was also excellent; everything was so fresh. Za’atar fries are addictive that I forgot to take a photo dip them in toum. The staff and owner are so friendly, it feels like Lebanon.

So I took my client her after her surgery,it was really a nice place it’s a rotisserie chicken restaurant where they also serve half and whole chicken. The atmosphere is nice the people who work there are really nice. I really like the chicken wrap and my client had this beautiful chicken bowl. We also had the zartar fries which has a Lebanonese season it and it is really good . If you are in the Newport area check it out.

Great food made by great people. Super fresh ingredients, everything is so good, and it makes you feel good! I don’t feel heavy after their bowls like other places, they use whole ingredients and the meat is literally roasting in front of you. The staff is so kind and I know I’m always going to get a friendly greeting and good conversation with my delicious food. Definitely busy around lunch time, but for good reason. Worth checking out!

This was a great find while exploring southern CA. The staff were friendly and helpful. I came to this place not hungry late at night but could not stop eating, bite after bite of the OG wrap. It was almost their closing time but they were accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious. And the sauces elevates the flavor of the wrap. Definitely a place I would come back and have again.
