An awesome place to eat chicken fingers. The meat is tender and they offer generous portions. Their chicken sandwiches are also well crafted and delicious. Fries are another delight. Staff are friendly and provide great customer service.

I drive by here every day. The People says the chickens is good so I just thought everything else was good. I ordered a salad which was out of my budget because for $14. I better get a good salad. Very little chicken and my salad. They didn’t even check the lettuce. Half of it was bad. I recommend don’t even waste your time. I’m sorry for this bad review but the People needs to know.

I’ve always had a good experience here. I like their chicken wings and their fries are really good, they actually have potato in them! The customer service is good! Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been very kind and considerate. I hear a lot about how long it takes to get their order, but, me personally I go to a lot of wing places and that is the number one thing they all have in common. Wing places take a little time to get your order ready, so I don’t mind the wait. I recommend the wings tossed in just regular buffalo sauce with the fries. The servings are definitely well served, that’s is another highlight about this place.

Worst customer service. I was on the DRIVE THRU LINE for 33 min. Just to get some cold fries and not melted cheese. They couldn’t even do that. The guy or girl idk what he was closed the window on me while asking him a question. Gave me my drink with a bigger size lid as well. Never coming here again. Just bad bad service. They should be ready to serve for lunch time and it seems like they are frying each fry one by one with the amount of time they take to even also open the window when your there waiting to pay. Needs a good manager here to keep track of how the employees are working.

While driving through Hanford I immediately craved chicken shack and for the first time in 3 years I was able to stop by. Food was great as well as the customer service. They were kind enough to bring our order out to the table. Unfortunately the cleanliness at the new location has plummeted, definitely a 0/10. From the walls and windows being greasy to the floors being sticky & pesky flies everywhere. While paying at the register the filth under the fryers is obvious. Although the food was good as ever, if I would have seen just how dirty the place was before ordering I wouldn’t have ate there. Hopefully they’re able to tighten up on the cleanliness because chicken shack is a local favorite to many!

The food is probably similar to how it used to be. The store is disgusting, the door to get in hasn’t been cleaned in probably months if not more. Everything you touch is sticky. They don’t even have trays for dine in anymore – it’s all takeout containers. Less dishes to wash? The mens restroom is vile, and you can smell it from the entrance to the store. The urinal doesn’t flush but is still being used. Hiring someone to clean wasn’t in the settlement I guess. Use the drive thru if out of sight out of mind is your thing.

I remember the chicken being bigger but gave me a extra one. My favorite is the garlic fries. Great texture to fry and lots of garlic.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but The Chicken Shack absolutely earned this one. The interior is disgustingly dirty — sticky floors, grimy tables, and nothing looks like it’s been cleaned in ages. There’s never a manager on site, and it shows. The employees are all very young and clearly not trained or held accountable for anything, especially customer service.
To make things worse, they charged me for an item that was actually sold out. I spent an entire week trying to get in touch with a manager for a refund, but no one ever answered or called back. I finally had to go through DoorDash just to get my money back.
Save yourself the headache — and honestly, avoid this place before you get sick. If the dining area looks like this, I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like.

What did they do the old bait and switch. I ordered chicken strips and they changed them to nuggets barely breaded and nothing crispy. Wow I absolutely loved this place did it change ownership?chicken was lightly fried not close to crispy and tasted of over used frying oil. Some things are the same got home with just one sauce and the long wait to get the food. Chicken has shrunk as the price is bigger and quality has dropped off the chart. Better chicken meal at the deli at save mart than this place. Well hopefully the new owners feel the loss of customers. Wow shocker what this place has become and the price I paid. Mad at myself for what I paid to eat the food I got. If your reading this and still go there to eat, well be ready to be mad and probably mad at yourself because you were told.

There was garlic powder on my fries not the way they used to make them, the entire restaurant was filthy including the restroom, the server was very polite he was the best part of the visit.
