Ive always liked eating at chicken shack. But its disappointing when you find somthing wrong with your food like spoiled lettuce in your wrap. Makes me think the lettuce was not washed at all. Becarful with your salads and lettuce wraps people!

The Buffalo fries are so good! We also tried the BBQ chicken fries and those were good too. Quick even when they’re busy.

If I could give negative stars I would! This is literally what I was served. And no receipt, because the man taking my order on the speaker got my order wrong. I wish I would have checked my order before I drove away, but I get home to see my 8 piece snack bite. Some of the pieces were cooked so much that there was no chicken in them! This place definitely has gone down hill!! Absolutely horrible! Plus their sauce cups went up in price and down in size!

Came inside to sit and eat. They are extremely understaffed and the girl who took our order was not trained properly at all. She was very sweet and accommodating but was overwhelmed and not to sure of what she was doing but that’s not her fault. I’m giving 3 stars because she was so sweet and the food wasn’t terrible but we did wait about 20-25 mins due to them not being properly staffed. Whoever owns this place let it die. The original location across the street was way better and like other reviews also say the portions are smaller and you pay more.

Kinda pricey for what you get. Food was hot, fries were good, but you only get one little sauce no matter what you order. 3 strips or 6, they’ll charge you for additional sauce. Petty.

The drive-thru was slow, took me about 20 mins to get my order from time of ordering to leaving… and I was the only person in line. The cashier was very nice and pleasant. Chicken was ok, good size strips and 3 were more than enough, but the sauce (Grizzly Garlic) was awsome. Got the garlic fries and they were great as well. Address the Speed of service and I would consider making it a regular stop in my weekly routine.

Very disappointing, over priced and underwhelming. We went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal it came with 2 fries TWO! Seriously this has to be a joke. My best friend got the 5 chicken fingers and she said they were cold and the texture was grainy and off. (She was sick 4 hours later)

I had the chicken strips and they were fabulous. Moist and full of flavor. The fries are the best I have ever had.

I enjoy the chicken fries but for a fast food restaurant with one focus, the drive through takes foreverrrrrr every time! Currently have been waiting 30 minutes and im still one car behind from the window.

I was in town from Reno, NV on a training for work. This business is similar to Bush’s chicken in it’s fast-food appearance, but it seems pricier for their chicken products. I ended up ordering the chili cheese fries for $5.99 and their small bbq-baked beans for$2.99 I was greeted kindly by one of the employees, and helped order minutes later. Their fries are crispy, and a bit salty, but since their beans have a bit too much BBQ sweetness the two mixed together evened themselves out. Their napkins have the cute business logo. Otherwise seems like a moderately busy business.
