My wife and I went there for lunch on a Wednesday. I think the current rating may be a bit low. The food was pretty damn good. We shared a BLT w/fries and a Chicken Strip Basket w/onion rings. The BLT was great. The fries were really good, crinkle cuts. The onion rings had a bit of sweetness to the batter, they were tasty and crispy. It could have used a little more seasoning but it was cooked well and we left full and satisfied. The atmosphere was great. It is a very laid-back, chill environment with a ton of seating. The service was perfect. The prices were great. We’re going to go back to try the BBQ as soon as we get a chance.

Had a pleasant dining experience at The Chicken Ranch. The Chicken Melt was absolutely delicious and hit the spot perfectly. As well the shrimp basket as an appetizer – perfectly cooked shrimp with a light batter. The Meatloaf was just okay; it’s great if you’re a fan of gravy. The service was good, and the prices were quite reasonable. Overall, a solid spot for a satisfying meal!

Pretty big steakhouse atmosphere with live music. Some country music and 60s and 70s music. Some people had fun dancing front of the stage. Pretty loud live music and not recommended for intimate dates. We got ribs, porkchop, chicken fried steak, and French dip. Side salad, onion rings, and Porkchop was good. Rib and chicken fried steak was ok. Side veggies had pretty strong garlic flavor. French dip came with very soggy buns and very dry chewy meat (do not recommend). Our server was very fast and not a great service. Handicap parking is very far from the entrance.

The most enjoyable part of the atmosphere is the wide walk through areas and the lighting! I get migraines and the lighting is so comfortable that I think with the live music I could still be very comfortable here. The larger group tables also have various old farm features to them, and the bar is a great size with plenty of surrounding TVs.
For lunch we had the Cuban and the pulled pork sandwiches. I was so thrilled to see the fries were crinkle cut! The Cuban was very hearty and delicious. Also it pairs very well with the Peruvian sauce that is normally used for wings here if you like to venture out of the norm. The pulled pork sandwich was full as well, but not very saucy. In fact, my dad decided to use some of my Peruvian sauce on it as well. Neither meal was over filling, it was the perfect size.
Our waitress, Diana, was very helpful with menu suggestions, patient, and had great timing for refills and check backs! I can tell she enjoys her job and she has a very welcoming personality.

Food was good, the music was good as well. Our waitress was alright. She disappeared a few times but when she did come to our table she was attentive. The place wasn’t packed or anything, so not quite sure why she kept disappearing.

We were there for quite a while before we got a menu. A wait before a drink order was even taken. Even longer before a food order was taken. Our food was an hour after that before it came out. Orders were wrong, the checks were a nightmare. However atmosphere is cool and food was really good. And the hostess with the mostest Feleene(spelling?)was an absolute treasure! I would give 4 stars for the food. I didn’t get pics of all plates but the pancakes were huge and I had the Pile Up which is a pretty big dish if you’re hungry! Had a Bloody Mary and a Cape Cod that were good!

My son and I had a really bad experience at this restaurant a couple of months ago. The waitress was new and kind of rude. There were only 2 tables occupied for lunch us and 2 other people and it took just under an hour to get served.
I knew we wouldn’t go back. And, watching the news tonight (Arizona’s Family) they had 3 violations from the food health department.

We attended a party at the Chicken Ranch on Saturday, November 22, 2025. We ordered chicken wings, my BF bite into the drumstick and it was raw, the meat at the bone was red. It was brought to the attention of another waiter. We received more but we still had to pay. In the real world it would have been no charge. A token of appreciation
