The last two recent reviews are not helpful at all one left only star review and the other only put down the drive thru employee which seems like he got his feelings hurt that he only got good food and no hello like my guy your either hungry or not. Not there to meet and greet lol place is awesome and good food and quick and fresh. Reasonable pricing. A must go to when craving fresh chicken or around the area.

I ordered the chicken fried steak with the mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. Good combination I like it. The food is good. Also have tried their chicken fingers. They’re good thick like other places. I do recommend.

Sunday Fried Chicken after church! Woohoo! Chicken was crispy & tasty. Hubby had the 3 piece meal (breast, leg, thigh, mashed potatoes, country gravy, fries & a roll) and I had the 2 piece meal (thigh and wing, mashed potatoes, country gravy, corn on the cob & a roll). Both meals were good. Chicken was crispy and moist. The thighs in both meals were a little greasy than our taste but the other pieces were great. I would have preferred a little more seasoning in the breading. Corn on the cob was juicy, no additional butter was needed and I got the last one available, so obviously an item in demand.
Staff was friendly, and the inside was clean, including the ladies restroom .There is a small banquet hall in the back for large meeting parties (up to 50?) and they also offer catering. Ice cream and cobbler are also available for dessert.
I will stop by again when I am coming through town on business, plenty of room for parking, including large trucks on the side of the restaurant.

This chicken was worth the drive. I really like the mix of elderly wisdom and young and eager to learn with everyone in between. Staff was super friendly and chicken came out hot. Will be going back! And they have ice cream next door!

The guy at the drive through had probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I had to greet him prior before ordering my food. Also just had me the food and didn’t say anything and turn his back as soon as he had me my food. Not sure if there’s something wrong with the guy but someone had to teach him common manners in customer service.

Great service. Very friendly and polite. Restrooms are very clean, which is great for someone like us pass through. The chicken was perfectly fried and juicy and not gressey. The coleslaw tasted home made. The only thing I would say it they could add some more seasoning on to the batter but other than that it was perfect

Ordered two legs and a thigh, they were the smallest pieces of chicken i have ever gotten at a restaurant the roll was the biggest thing on the plate, Go up the road a bit for much better chicken at Bush”s

Overall a great experience! We arrived close to closing. In which were unaware being from out of town. But he staff was friendly, helpful, and patient while we dine-in. They still were doing they’re closing duties between attending to customers. The only reason why the food didn’t get a five star was because the fish wasn’t catfish. I assumed. I know. But other than that the Chicken friend steaks, Mac and cheese, mash potatoes, rolls, and fries were awesome. The fish was good as well according to my family! Great experience! Keep up the great work! Will be back!
