If i could give this place zero stars i would, came tonight to get a meal to feed my family. We ordered a 20 piece tender dinner and some extras. When we got our receipt it showed only 10 tenders and sure enough it was only a 9 piece at that then the tenders were cold. We went back in and a manager just gave us 20 “fresh” tenders. And settled it at that. When we got home to eat the tenders had clearly sat a bit and were actually undercooked, the dough was mushy and flour tasting in the thicker portions of the tenders. And to our dismay we ended up a fry short so some people went without, our okra was mushy and cold, and its CLEAR something changed about the mac and cheese cause it was disgusting and tasted like straight velveeta. I have loved their banana pudding and even that tasted off, like they changed that also or just cut corners. The fries we DID receive were under cooked and tasted like a freezer. Needless to say go to Texas Roadhouse and order the chicken critters. SAME price better quality. I genuinely want my money back! This has been a total waste of a meal and money for our family, no one even wants to eat it.

Tuesday’s lunch special was Chicken Fried Steak with two sides and two rolls served with a large beverage of your choice. Yummy!! Large portions will definitely fill you up. Wife had the broccoli cheese and the mixed vegetables. I had corn cob and broccoli cheese. The chicken fried steak was so good and everything was freshly made. Take it all down with a big drink!! I loaded pictures and be sure to check out their Monday-Friday specials served 11 am-3 pm. Lunches are $8.99 each. Come on now…where are you going to eat a large meal for that price in this economy with drink???? Dessert is extra which was $2.79. Peach Cobbler…oh my…don’t get me started…yummy good.

Chicken was ok…somewhere between bad and not bad…but certainly not good. The broccoli rice was cold! Had to eat it with a spoon because they are out of forks! Gravy was hot but too thick to even eat. To top it off, the air conditioner isn’t working! First time here. Also my last.

Took a while for them to acknowledge my presence, she kept putting together takeout orders and finally got my order. Chicken was OK, not my type of fried chicken. Too doughy and not much seasoning. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and there was friendly staff, the chicken was okay but the fries and rolls were amazing, I would recommend this place for a lazy sunny day on the weekend, Also the bathrooms are super clean and smell amazing!!!

Finding a place that actually serves bone in chicken pieces seems to be a rare find in this area, but this place fits the bill serving up fried chicken and tenders. Decent sides. Drive thru ordering, but no mic. Instead a person comes out to take your order or you order from the delivery window. Chicken is crispy, well seasoned, not dry. Price is a little more than I would expect, but many places have increased prices these days.

I can’t say enough nice things about this place! The chicken and sides are prepared fresh throughout the day. Weekday specials include an entree, two sides of your choice, a roll, and a large drink for only $9.73. The portions are generous and enough for a senior to have two meals for the price of one! The staff, which includes William, Alex, Kayleigh Ann, Elisea, Zoe, Jennifer, David, Juan, and Jimmy to name a few, are like family.
