Customer service sucks! I ordered a 3 piece wing combo fried hard season wet. To my surprise, when I got home, the wings were dry, not wet. I called Chicken Coop and advised my order was incorrect and why. The young lady said the wings were wet, they may not be as wet as you would like but the order is correct. Again, I explained they are dry. She rudely asked, so what you wanna come back up here? Absolutely NOT! No apology or anything! We will spend our money elsewhere before returning to this establishment ! It’s hard to find good customer service these days. I wouldn’t have called if the order was correct.

I’m very satisfied with the food service and atmosphere of the chicken coop here in Oakland Tennessee. I tell you I was very hungry I had a long day and the chicken coop came through. I ordered quite a bit and it was ready fast! The gal at the front was very cool too, very positive energy. The cooks were amazing and they really did their thing. I’ll be back for sure. First time visiting this location and it did not disappoint ,the fried catfish was fresh, crispy & hot. The honey hot lemon pepper was delicious and the piece of caramel cake was moist, the icing melted in your mouth. The cashier was very pleasant, I didn’t get her name very nice young lady. I will definitely visit this location again its worth the drive.

Can’t say enough good things about them. We ordered the lemon pepper wings and boneless strips dipped in honey gold. The chicken was great, the tenders were juicy and fresh as were the wings. The seasoned fries were really good and also hot and fresh. Very generous portion sizes, you will leave full and happy. We dined in and it didn’t take too long for our food to come out. Give them a try!

This is best fried chicken in Fayette county. Ladies are wonderful, let them cook it for you, doesn’t take long. Hamburgers are also great. Come early as they turn off the grease about 2-2:30 for the regular chicken first, then the spicy chicken 30 minutes later. We dritve from Oakland at least once a week.
