I ordered the 2 meat plate and got 2 chicken tenders and 2 whiting fillets. The chicken tenders were a decent size and tasted really good. The whiting fillets had skin on 1 side and bones in them. I do not like skin on my fish and after almost choking on the bones I threw the rest of the fish away which was an entire piece and a half. The fries were seasoned well and tasted fresh. The blue lemonade was delicious. This was my first visit and I may give it another try since I work at Children’s 1 block away.

Tried it 3 times.. the first time was ok.. I had chicken tenders and fries.. the 2nd time I noticed the prices got significantly higher… I got wings.. asked them to fry them hard.. they were not good.. sauce was terrible and they did not follow directions. I went back a 3rd time.. (I work at UAB) they rose the prices even higher.. and the wings were still mid… do your self a favor and go crispy cafe.. way more reasonable chicken way more crispier.. food is always fresh..

So I stumbled upon this spot last week and it was fire ! Got the chicken tenders and omg, I knew I’d be back. Brought my friends this week and they were hyped too. Only bummer was the cheese sticks, kinda hard and needed some marinara sauce, right? But the cashier was super cool about everything even when we messed ordering. Definitely gonna be back.

My friends & I have been coming to this place for a while. We have witnessed the owners & vibe of this place change 3 times being the fact that we work at UAB & frequent here often. The taste of the food is pretty good & consistent. A bit pricey considering you can get the same items elsewhere for cheaper. The lady always takes care of us when we go making sure our food is of quality. The only thing is that sometimes it is a ENTIRELY too loud in there. The music they play on the tv is just too loud. Alot of people who come in there are on their lunch break & we are already coming from a loud work environment (working in a hospital). It would be nice to enjoy a quiet lunch sometimes.. please turn the music down.

I have been here 3 times the first time the food was hot and delicious. My second visit was good my order was15 dollars and some change. The register asked me do I want to tip I hit skip. The third time I went it was awful. The chicken wings wasn’t cooked well, and the cashier brought me my order and handed me the bag for me to bag my own order. When you don’t tip they let the cook know and they give you whatever. The fries was over cooked and hard. Sometimes the register ask you for a tip and sometimes it don’t. I think they choose who they ask for a tip. Why are you asking for a tip. I’m paying for my food that’s you job to put it in a bag, just call my number I can walk back up to get my own order. I want be going back. Crispy Chicken I will be back. If I’m paying over 15 dollars for my food that’s your tip.

When I’m in Birmingham, this is my spot the chicken spot. Not only is the food. Top quality with the service and the vibe is off the hook. The food is not greasy not over or undercooked. The fries are delicious. The sauces are delicious. The whole experience is amazing forwhat it is.

First time there , cashier was kinda rude tries to ask a question she act like she didn’t wanna help I had to tell her that was my first time! Her English not that good but the food was okay overhyped over priced I chicken wasn’t the way I wanted it and okra was soggy! I hope they can do better esp if it’s a new place I’m from upstate and it’s definitely not worth prices !
