The staff team was attentive and the food was served warm.
Pasta and Risotto texture is extremely on point and the quality of food was great. Truly enjoyed the pancetta cooked in Risotto and Cod fish dish was fresh.
Enjoy the Tiramisu with Limoncello.
We ordered a starter and our toddlers meal to come first- a carbonara and some chips.
20minutes later, just the carbonara arrives. The chips were forgotten. At this point, i started documenting:
Arrival: 6:27pm
Wine arrived finally: 7.04pm
Childs meal arrived: 7.17pm
Our starters: 7:32pm
Our mains: 7:53pm.
Hour and a half to get to our main is ridiculous. Shame as the staff were lovely and food was brilliant. But if i’m paying 160 for a meal for 2 adults and a toddler; theres an implicit expectation of service and this most definitely didnt fulfil it
Love the Lamp chops and the vibe of the restaurant. We also ordered a bottle of wine that’s really highlight the meal up to the next level.
The staff provides good service when we were there, thanks a lot.
Ambiance good. Food really tasty.
Would definitely recommend
Would probably not visit again as service was extremely slow and this was not acknowledged or apologised for at any point. We overheard staff telling the table next to us it was slow because they were “fully booked” but we never got an explanation or apologies for the slowness. If you are booked out and it’s on the day of a big football game that shouldn’t be a surprise, plan accordingly. It shouldn’t take this long to make garlic bread and pizza. The delays would be more acceptable if they had been acknowledged, maybe a drink on the house (a free coke isn’t too much trouble?) Shouldn’t have to make a fuss for something which is obvious. Would have liked to try a dessert but who knows how long that would take.
Communication goes a long way into a customer experience and it was truly lacking.
