Was able to grab a table pretty quickly, server was great and very kind/helpful. So many food choices but good variety and there are Hawaiian options so it’s not all American only food. Good lava flow, though I couldn’t taste any alcohol. Enjoyed it and the service, Portions are huge though if you aren’t used to American portion sizes. Pretzel bite appetizer was very good.

When we went about 5pm, it was great. I don’t suggest you line up after 7pm or try to order after 9 when you get a seat. I did end up with my 5th choice and it was dry. But 100% recommended the cheesecake. We tried 4 and they were great.

It was great time for lunch. I don’t remember his name but the server was very nice and kept concerning my table. As you know, the foods r good. Even a single menu is too much for a person with a small amount of food. There were a lot of people also.

The great advantage of the restaurant is the variety of dishes. If you chose to eat here, I highly recommend coming at lunchtime. In the evening the wait is over an hour to enter the restaurant. The service is nice and pleasant but really really slow and after the waiting time to enter the restaurant, you need to wait at least 30 minutes (even more) to get your food. It is not possible to make a reservation in advance. You can only get to the restaurant as walk in. The food is fine but not high quality. The place is very crowded and noisy. There is no parking near the restaurant.

Yes, it is a busy place, we understand stand and we waited patiently for 1 hour for our table. Then it took another hour for our food. We watched other families come in after us , get their food before us, and even leave . Unfortunately, one meal was lost in the kitchen according to our server, so by the time my daughter got her meal, we were all done eating and had to stay even longer to give her time to eat. We had already had a long day, and I was tired and literally went to sleep while waiting. The food wasn’t good. That was another disappointment. The best part of the visit was the cheesecake, of course. Our bill was $200.00 for this visit, which sucked because we didn’t enjoy it like we had hoped. They never offered any kind of discount either.
