I had such a great lunch experience at Sheila’s. I ordered the lunch salad and the spicy jambalaya arancini, and everything was delicious. They accidentally brought me the regular-size salad, which was absolutely humongous. I’m not complaining though because I had enough for two more meals. Talk about value.
The spicy jambalaya arancini had the perfect kick and was packed with flavor. I originally came in just for my birthday cheesecake, but I ended up leaving with a full meal and leftovers for dinner.
My waitress, Jackie, was so pleasant and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable, checked in at the right times, and carefully packaged up all of my leftovers. Excellent service truly makes a difference.
Minus the patio pigeons laughing at my plate, I loved my dining experience. I will definitely be back.

Paid 2 visits to the cheesecake factory in Waikiki this trip and had 2 different experiences.
The first was great. The server was attentive and food came out quickly. The french fries were cold on the first visit but the rest of the meal was good.
Today was a horrible experience. It took at least 10 minutes to meet our waiter. He took our order and it took another 10 minutes for our drinks and bread to come out.
We only ordered burgers and watched everyone around us get their food while we waited for what seemed like forever.
Again the French fries were cold. I suspect they were sitting under the heat lamp while the burgers were being made.
We asked for dessert before we finished eating thinking it would take a while.
I did tell the server the fries were horrible but only when he cleared the plates. As the food took so long to come out i didn’t see the point of saying anything and just ate some of the fries.
I really dont like to make a negative review but I would think that such a high profiled establishment as the cheesecake factory that is always really busy would have better service.

I had dinner here for my birthday with family and it was exactly what I expected – reliable food, a huge menu, and big portions. Everything we ordered was good and came out pretty quickly considering how busy it was. The restaurant was packed, but the service was friendly and they kept things moving. Solid choice when you want something familiar and filling in the middle of Waikiki.

Went to cheesecake factory during happy hour, which is available at the bar only. We were on high seats and had great cocktails and got the cheesecake factory nachos for a bargain price. The portions are large and the drinks are tasty.
The happy hour menu is decent in size and has a number of cocktails and also deft beers available. It is worth going early for.
Otherwise, we visited on another occasion where we had to wait up to 30minutes for a table in the restaurant. The food still delicious and the service also very good.
Cheesecake we are always too full for at the restaurant, and always get it to take away and eat later. Can never finish a whole slice and good the next day too storing in the fridge.

The service and atmosphere at this place are amazing. It’s a great spot for the whole family. The servers were fantastic; they played music and made the kids laugh. The cheesecakes are mouthwatering and delicious. I went back a couple of times on my trip to get more. I definitely recommend dining in at the Cheesecake Factory.

Huge lineup to get in but since there were two of us and we weren’t picky about where to sit, we quickly got a seat.
We ordered miso salmon and satay chicken lettuce wraps. Both dishes were amazing.

Wings were small and the nachos were okay, but everything else was excellent. The Thai salad was fresh, the tacos were surprisingly delicious, and the service was great. I’ve eaten at Cheesecake Factory in different countries and it never disappoints. Each spot has its own menu so it’s very unique. It’s always a solid choice, especially for a quick grab-and-go by the beach.

What an outstanding server Iverson is! He was polite, offer suggestions on food and dessert, he arrived quickly with our drinks and bread. My husband and I also observed his amazing hospitality with the table next to us. He engaged with the young children at their eye level as the children told them what they would like to drink. Awesome job, Iverson!
Meanwhile, our food was amazing and the presentation was outstanding. Iverson suggested my husband’s meal after realizing the original meal that was chosen was no longer available. And oh boy, it was so good!
