This has always been my favorite place to celebrate birthdays. If you’ve ever created an account, you’ll receive an email for a free slice of cheesecake of your choice for your birthday . Reservations are highly recommended, as this place is always crowded. They serve complimentary fresh bread with butter, which is a nice touch. All the dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients. The Korean cauliflower is a must-try—it’s perfectly crispy with a sweet glaze. The Thai noodles, however, were a bit disappointing as they were overly sweet rather than spicy. Overall, it’s a great spot to celebrate any occasion. That said, our server wasn’t very friendly, and I felt they could treat all customers with more kindness and respect.

A great place to celebrate a special event. The venue is big and crowded most evenings. They have a variety of dishes to order from meat to fish to salad. I always love to order the gumbo or the Santa Fe salad.
The food/dish is always big here and way more than you can eat by yourself. The quality of the food is ok, but not great. More of a great atmosphere and food portion and decent prices.
Their bread is always great and free so we always had a great time with them while waiting for our food. The sourdough is crunchy but not too sour and the brown bread is soft and sweet which go well with the cream cheese.

Carbonara Chicken Pizza Style: 2/10
Service: 10/10 waiter as very attentive and sang us a happy bday song and made sure our cheesecake slice had our name.
Won’t come again, the food alone lacks flavor. Trust me.

I had an amazing lunch with my family here! It was my second time dining at The Cheesecake Factory, and it was just as good as I remembered. The service was great: staff were attentive and friendly even though the place was packed when we visited. I especially loved the carrot cake and key lime cheesecake, and my cheeseburger was really tasty too! The dining area and restrooms were also clean and well-maintained. Always a satisfying experience!

Went for dinner. The portion sizes were decent but wish they had a few more veggie options. The vegetarian selection is rather limited. Their chocolate cheesecake taste like chocolate mouse but was really good!

I haven’t been to the cheesecake factory in over 10 years. We went to celebrate my daughter’s bday. There was a short wait, about 15/20 min for a Friday evening at 6:30pm. We all had an enjoyable time. Our server was great. It was busy but the staff made it seem effortless. For appetizers we tried there fried pickles, delicious & avacodo egg rolls, yummy(they are abit oily because they are deep fried) I had there salmon, broccoli & steamed rice. The salmon was done perfect. The right amount of herbs & fresh squeezed lemon to top it off. I didn’t have enough room for dessert but I did order a slice of strawberry cheesecake to go bcuz after all it’s the Cheesecake factory. I had half of it today & super delicious. Overall experience was great & food was delicious!

This location is definitely popular, but be prepared for crowds – especially on weekends.
It took us 15+ minutes just to get our name entered on the waitlist. My wife got out of the car to stand in line while I went to find parking in the busy lot at the back. By the time I parked and walked back, she was still two people away from even adding our name to the list. We ended up roaming around the mall and got seated after about 70 minutes.
That said, once we were seated, the experience improved significantly. The food was served hot, tasted great, and the staff was friendly and reasonably quick with service. The location is also convenient if you don’t mind walking around the mall during the wait.
Overall: Good food and service, but weekend wait management could be better. I’d strongly recommend reserving at least a day in advance – especially if you’re planning for a big party on a weekend.

I’ve been here 4 times and this location is very consistent with the quality of food and great service. Getting a table can be tough – but you can walk around the mall while waiting if you want. We recently came in for dinner with a group of 7 and had a reservation for 7pm. We were seated at 7:20. Once seated everything moved quickly – we got the famous bread, our drinks, meals etc. I loved the French dip burger and fries! And you can’t go wrong with the original cheesecake with strawberries. Everyone in the group enjoyed what they ordered and it was a fun time.

Prices are very reasonable.
The bad – hard to find parking, long wait for a table ( although we were there on a Friday night).
I ordered a cheese cake ( what a surprise ) and coffee, so I didn’t had a chance to try out the other dishes.
One piece of cheese cake is enough for two ppl amd even three. It is way too much for one person.
I also recommend the original cheese cake, because most of the others are simply additions to the original.
