I went with my husband and son’s for an early birthday dinner (yes I celebrate all month, lol). The food was really good today, well seasoned! The waitress was great. There was a bit of a wait, but that was expected due to the 3day holiday weekend.

I think this might be my favorite Cheesecake Factory location for overall service. Our server Eric was very nice and attentive. The food was very good. I got the chicken katsu bowl from the special menu and my husband got the gumbo from the regular menu, both were very yummy. My husband also got the lemonade and said it was very sweet, but I am sure he could have asked for that to be customized, we will remember that for next time, but we did ask to get it switched out for an Arnold Palmer. We had reservations for 3pm and were early so we waited about 15 minutes before we sat a little after 3pm. My only complaints are that the breads weren’t warm and the main dishes took about 40 minutes to come out. Over all we were sitting down for 1.5 hours before we finally paid and left.

Happy Hour is way to go! Instead of eating trash Fast Food from McDonalds or other chains you’re better off visiting Cheesecake Factory and enjoy fresh delicious meals. Smiling happy Servers is a cherry on top. Plus who doesn’t love Happy Hour? No lines and quickly seated. Chow!

Cheesecake factory, I love you but you’re bumming me out. The calamari app is $20 now but I feel like the portion size is smaller. I wanted to try something new and got the skinnylicious steak medallions and the portion was so tiny!! The asparagus was cut up all small but didn’t even make up one whole piece. I talked to the manager who explained it needs to be below a certain caloric count which I get but at $30 for so little, it’s shocking. The price is too much for what’s offered. See picture. I took it all out and put my hand for comparison. The manager kindly corrected the experience but the overall issue hopefully will be addressed with the cheesecake powers that be.

Though I am not particularly fond of the Sherman Oaks galleria, because it’s mostly empty and corporate looking, I do enjoy the cheesecake factory restaurant. Google maps limits me to 50 photos, which is just not enough to showcase the beautiful architecture, appointments and sheer visual splendor of this place. Even if I don’t eat anything when I go in there, I feel like I’m feasting my eyes on the decor. Look at all the little lights, swirls, patterns and cohesive color schemes. It’s enjoyable just to walk into this place. The food is also pretty good! I cannot have dairy or sugar, but my family truly loves the desserts here. I found several menu options that I can enjoy, and they do not involve dairy or sugar. Though that’s what the restaurant specializes in, it also has many other options. One of my favorite things is the basket of warm bread that comes before the meal even arrives. I always ask for a little bit of olive oil, to act as a dip, because I can’t have butter. The servers always oblige. It just gets better from there, the food is sumptuous, decadent, celebratory. I feel like it’s the best place to celebrate some kind of an achievement, though the achievement could just be getting through the week! I truly enjoy this restaurant and all of its menu offerings. I love the private booths with the glass backs, the cleanliness, the soft noisiness that makes it private enough to talk but not so noisy that you can’t hear yourself think. It’s just a nice place, and not just because it’s famous for the show “big bang theory”! I hope you enjoy the 50 photos and videos, and pay them a visit.

We love Cheesecake but this Sherman Oaks location has average food compared to the Americana at Glendale location. We had the pasta da Vinci with sautéed chicken, mushrooms & onions in Madeira wine. The sauce didn’t taste like Madeira wine had been added. We were disappointed. We would have sent it back but we were hungry. We ordered the Little House Salad and very few veggies were added. The white bread was served warmed over and hard. We don’t know if we’re going to stop at this location in the future. The only positive is that the service is good & the wait is never long. This Cheesecake is inside The Sherman Oaks Galleria.

My friends and I decided to go here last night and it was extremely underwhelming . I was excited as I had not been here in over 10years but honestly I regret going. I will say it was pretty busy for a Sunday but not that busy for it to take as long as it did. Once sat our waiter did not greet us until about 8mins in. He took our drink order and appetizer and it took at least 10mins to get our alcoholic drinks. Our appetizer actually came before the bread for the table. The bread didn’t come until about 30mins in. I ordered the carbonara pasta and shortly thereafter I decided to put in my alcoholic drink order. I was half way done with my food when my drink came. The carbonara(if you can even call it that) literally tasted like butter pasta with some peas and panchetta thrown in very disappointing for a dish that cost $25 and on top of that the pasta was extremely oily. I also really hate that a lot of items do not have prices, be transparent. It was very clear that our server was over worked and could not handle the 8 tables that were given to him. Overall very dissatisfied and will not be going back. Based on the reviews I don’t understand how this place is still here, they have clearly lost their way

This Is my favorite location !! Because it has an elegant Las Vegas Style ! Never disappoints , delicious food , insane variety and the most delicious Cheese cakes! Great for Birthdays to get your free ice cream fudge! HH Mond to Frid 4pm to 6pm ! Excellent service..Thank you Ally 🙂 Also great promos on Gift cards !
