CRAVE food
Nice location and great staff .

Tried a couple of the dishes, the buffalo chicken burger was good and hit the right flavors. The Thai chicken salad was full of lettuce and a few strips of grilled chicken > would be great to balance the ratio a bit and increase some of the noodles and add some other veggies and dressing. The appetizer ordered was the spinach & artichoke dip which was average, a bit on the heavy side and the Parmesan doesn’t really fit well with it .

All in all, it’s Cheesecake Factory at the end of the day but service was ultra slow, 25 min for the dip to be served and another 20 min for the main, considering the place was 15% occupied .

Salmon was very good. The mashed potatoes and asparagus was exactly as expected. The lettuce tacos were also very good. Service was great. Waitress was very friendly. Valet parking was right by the door. Peaceful calm atmosphere and the food came out fast. Right by the beach with a children’s playground.

If you are looking for a reliable meal with a stunning view, The Cheesecake Factory in Marina Del Rey is a fantastic choice. The elegant interior feels upscale with its unique lighting and decor, but the vibe remains welcoming for everyone.
Their gigantic menu is legendary; it is basically a book that covers every craving imaginable, from avocado eggrolls to pasta. Even with the huge crowds, the great service stands out. The staff is fast, friendly, and keeps things moving.
The highlight, however, is the outdoor patio. It overlooks the marina, offering a peaceful view of the boats and the water. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze while diving into a massive slice of cheesecake. It is big, bold, and beautifu, just make sure you come hungry because the portions are just as huge as the scenery! You will love it.

This is my favourite Cheesecake cake factory and it’s all because of location. This is a really old Cheesecake Factory but I love to walk on the beach before and after eating lunch or Dinner here. Down side is you have to pay for parking but it’s reasonable. But the marina view on a sunny day is amazing considering all the new locations are in boring places like shopping malls.

I had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the miso salmon with brown rice, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully balanced. I also had a bowl of clam chowder, which was rich, creamy, and comforting. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, a very satisfying meal and a place I’d definitely return to!

The atmosphere was nice yet a little too loud on the music but try have a pleasant dinner. My family order ribeye steaks with Asparagus, shrimp scampi, Chicken Alfredo and a salmon plate. Great food but I would say a little pricy for the portions you get. Our specialty drinks were filled with too much ice. I felt the place nice but pricy. You make a reservation with time for the place yet when I arrive the place was too busy and the service lack attention for the guest from the moment you arrive, I still had to wait to get seated. The drinks order is taken everything is about waiting. My server brought drinks and didn’t come to offer refills or checking if you need anything else after you’re served. It was my first time coming here but I think making reservations for a weekend is way too much happening. I drove 1 hour away to give my daughter a pleasant view but it was too busy and I didn’t get a view seating for her 21st birthday. I probably recommend to go on weekdays instead of a weekend. I wouldn’t drive again to get seated on a corner after asking for a nice view seating.

This was supposed to a happy occasion as we celebrated a birthday for our out of town guest. The way Journey treated us was less than stellar. When Journey came to our table and game all of her/his favorites. He/she not once gave his/her name. I had to ask for it. Not once during our visit did he/she ask if we needed anything and if we’re satisfied with our food and drinks. The pronoun took his/her time bringing our food. I watched as he/she served other tables with their meals who were seated after we were seated. I had to ask for bread which I know is normally served to guests without asking for it! When I asked for the check and containers for our leftovers, his/her response with his/her hand up “hold on”. The tone was so rude. He/she continued to move around the patio without coming to see what I was asking for. He/She came back with the second cocktail. That is when I asked for the check and containers. I had had enough of this rude behavior. The birthday girl was disappointing by the behavior of Journey but we managed to have a good time and enjoy the food and the Marina weather on the patio. Our cocktails were delicious. Our food was delicious as well. The attendant who valeted my vehicle was a ray of sunshine.

We ordered the chipotle chicken comes in big portions, good spicy taste. Bread always warm and delicious. The drinks were great, our entrées came out quickly and the atmosphere was nice.

I had an extremely poor experience with a pickup order from this location. The food was packaged poorly, with containers leaking and food spilling out by the time we got home.

We ordered gumbo with brown rice and shrimp scampi with extra sauce. The extra sauce was missing, and the shrimp scampi had almost no sauce at all—the pasta was so dry it was inedible. The brown rice was hard and clearly undercooked.

When I called to address the issue, the manager, Saed, was dismissive and lacked accountability. His initial solution was for me to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant, and he blamed the undercooked rice on the restaurant having “just opened.” After pressing, he offered only a $15 discount on a $70 order, which was inadequate given that most of the food was not edible.

Due to the poor food quality and lack of professionalism, we will not be returning to this location.

The pasta has gone downhill. Jambalaya tasted like grocery store pasta sauce and some of the shrimp was mushy. The ferfalle with chicken came out looking wet as a soup (not exaggerating), they remade it but regardless still laking taste yet over salted. Appetizers were hit and miss.

Do get the avocado egg rolls. Do come here for the ambience and nostalgia. If you dont mind having par/subpar generic food but want to host a group, it’s the place for you.
