Medium came literally burnt and dry! No pink at all. And Alfredo pasta that had NO sauce. Ummmm where is the sauce? Called and gave feedback. He said he’d send a $50 gift card but he didn’t. Pretty awful CF!
Fantastic service, great food, good value for money. There is so much variety that there is always something for everyone.
We finished off with the OG cheesecake that was fantastic.
Would recommend you sit outside as it was a lot more lively and fun. Inside was a bit dark (we sat outside).
The food took forever. The zucchini fries were burnt/over fried. When the meal finally came out it was cold. Seriously cold. The chicken, cold, the asparagus cold and mashed potatoes cold. We told the waitress who told the manager and the manager offered a free cheesecake. really??? A completely cold meal and you want to give us a free cheesecake. We declined, but shortly after decided….well, maybe the cheesecake is cold!!!! Smh. So we took it to go.
The atmosphere was too loud and the tile floors were slippery. I almost fell walking out to leave. It felt greasy.
Not a good experience especially for Beverly Hills!!!!
Starting with Chicken Parmesan, it comes in a great portion enough for 2 almost. The sauce is a bit salty but I really love the taste. I forgot the name of the other dish, but it was so fresh and tasty as well. Cheesecake strawberry was huge! A very solid basque cheesecake with fresh fruit and strawberry sauce. I don’t like super-sweet cheesecakes, and this one was just perfect and creamy.
What makes this a 2 star review is the terrible service. We asked multiple times to be seated elsewhere, as there was a large and rather loud gathering next to us. They just faked caring about it, but never changed our seats. On being asked about recommendations, was just told to “look at the menu, it’s all there”. The resam for asking for a recommendation was because the options were overwhelming. Asked for an extra plate, never got it. A different person got our dessert order and he was super nice and helped us in choosing one. Had our server been nicer, this would have been a much better review.
Putting the burger together was a mess and the whole thing came apart. It was so annoying. This is the dumbest idea I’ve ever seen. It felt as if the chef is too lazy to even give you an assembled burger. No special sauces for the burger. No options for potato wedges or sweet potatoes fries or garlic aioli. The burger patty itself tasted good.
The bread was good but the butter was too cold and it didn’t melt easily.
It will be a long time before we visit the Cheesecake factory again.
