This was one of the most poorly managed dining experiences I’ve had in years.
We waited over 30 minutes just to be seated, and then somehow things got worse. After being seated, we waited more than 20 minutes without drinks or any meaningful contact from a server. No check-ins, no explanation — nothing. By the time someone finally acknowledged us, we were already full from eating bread and drinking water just to have something while we sat there waiting.
That is not how a restaurant should operate.
To make matters worse, the restrooms were filthy — overflowing trash, paper towels everywhere, and floors that clearly hadn’t been maintained.
I run automotive shops, and even in a high-traffic service environment, I would never allow a restroom to look like that. Basic cleanliness isn’t complicated — it’s about discipline and management paying attention.
There is a difference between being busy and being disorganized. Busy establishments communicate and manage expectations. This felt like complete indifference toward customers.
With the prices this place charges, the level of service should be far better than this. Plenty of businesses understand that respecting a customer’s time is part of the job — unfortunately, this one missed the mark.
Spend your money where your time — and basic standards — are respected.
I tried calling ahead to make a reservation, but everything had to be done online, so I booked a 2pm table. I arrived a little early and waited until our reservation time, and once 2pm hit, we were seated right away.
Our server, Esther, was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and quick to get our drinks started. My mojito was perfectly refreshing.
We began with the Egg Roll Sampler, and the avocado egg rolls were easily the standout. The Roadside Sliders are always a reliable favorite too.
For our mains:
• My brother ordered the Chicken Tacos
• His wife had the Turkey Club
• I enjoyed the Chicken Bellagio, which was crispy, flavorful, and paired with perfectly cooked pasta
Even though we’re full, we decided to take dessert to go.
My fave go to is the mango key lime cheesecake yum!
The atmosphere here is casual and comfortable, and the service has always been consistently good. I’ve visited this location several times, and it never disappoints.
I had the chicken piccata with angel hair pasta, and it was bursting with flavor. We also tried the spicy ginger beef tenderloin, which was perfectly cooked and packed with taste.
We ended the night with the Banana Cream Cheesecake—10/10, easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had!
The downside was the wait time. Even considering how busy the restaurant was, it took longer than expected both to be seated and to have our orders taken.
Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit for the experience, the food, and the drinks — just make sure you go with a bit of extra time and patience.
Don’t even bother coming here.
No one asked if we preferred inside or outside seating. It was freezing, and my son didn’t bring a sweater — so we were both uncomfortable the entire time. A simple question could’ve fixed that.
We waited over an hour for our food.
The restrooms were worse than a truck stop bathroom — toilet paper everywhere and no soap. That’s just unacceptable.
They usually serve two types of bread, but we only received one. We asked for a kids menu and never got it.
Overall, the service was inattentive and the experience disappointing from start to finish.
Would not return.
We got their ceviche, stuffed mushrooms, and Louisiana chicken pasta, and we were happy with them.
What a great decision!
The restaurant was not too crowded at that hour and we managed to get seat immediately. The server assigned to our table was fantastic – friendly, helpful and accommodating.
The food was great. Steak, Meatloaf, Soups and Salads were all delicious. The chef(s) did a great job that day for us. Even Pad Thai – a traditional dish from Thailand – was good and well prepared.
Obviously we needed to try the Cheesecake at the Cheesecake Factory, correct? I would say you cannot go wrong with their cheesecake. My tastebuds agree that they have one of the better tasting and flavourful original cheesecake.
Definitely a must to return and have another meal when I am next in Vegas.
