Had a lovely time late lunch today with a group of 5. 3 menus are offered with one a clear winner is t he healthy options menu. Atmosphere is good and lighting just right, staff well seasoned and efficient. No Jedi mind tricks regarding food but everyone was happy with their choices. Can’t say enough about Cindy being so attentive and such a wonderful server.

Had lunch with my son at his favorite place, Cheesecake Factory. We went early, so we didn’t have to wait at all! He got a burger, and I went with the chicken taco salad, didn’t expect it to be so huge. We shared the crispy rice with crab meat too, which was super tasty.
We skipped the cheesecake this time, didn’t need the extra calories, but everything else was really good. Our waitress was nice and attentive, which made it even better. It was just a really nice, relaxing lunch catching up with my boy. Definitely a spot I’d go back to!

My first time visiting this restaurant. No wait time, super friendly staff. Our waiter Scott made sure we were taking care of. I was impressed how fast they brought out lunch. Scott made time to go over the menu, answered all my questions. Beautifully decorated with excellent customer service. Im definitely coming back.

I was disappointed in yesterday’s dinner. I ordered the Seared Steak Medallions for the 2nd time.
The first time, we were at the Scottsdale location. I was very pleased with the amount of asparagus & mushrooms.
So this time, yesterday 11/8/25, we were at the P83 Arrowhead location. Same meal didn’t have any mushrooms & the asparagus was thin pieces of green that might as well have been green onion stalks. So disappointed.

We love celebrating birthdays at The Cheesecake Factory — it’s always such a special experience! The atmosphere is beautiful, warm, and welcoming as usual. The staff is consistently kind, attentive, and professional, making sure everything runs smoothly.
The food is always a highlight, and the crab dip is my personal favorite — creamy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious every time. Everything came out fresh, and the restaurant was spotless, which added to the overall comfort.

I always have a great experience at any cheesecake factory I go to. Went to this one on my birthday and received a free cheesecake from my rewards. Service impeccable when I’m dining in our picking up. Think I’m becoming addicted to the low-licious cheesecake. So good!

I was having my belated birthday lunch here. I absolutely love their cinnabon cheesecake Food is good depending on what you get. They serve you some nice bread and butter right after you order. It’s pretty good. Some was hard as a rock. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be but I’m not sure. I love their pasta alfredo. Burger is good here too. Restaurant is clean and the waitress was super nice and attentive.

The Cheesecake Factory at P83 consistently delivers a solid dining experience with an impressively vast menu. While the wait times can be long on weekends, the generous portions and attentive service usually make up for it. I highly recommend the avocado eggrolls to start. The atmosphere is vibrant, though it can get quite loud during the dinner rush. Of course, the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake remains the perfect way to end the meal.

Our party showed up as a group of 5 at about 6pm Sunday evening of the 22nd. We were attempting to celebrate our girlfriend’s Birthday (Sabrina). Let me preface with the fact that 75% of our group has previously been in or is currently still in the food and beverage industry. Compassion for the business level, especially during spring training season, was felt and given. We were quoted about 30 minutes upon our arrival and we waited about 45min before approaching the host again due to the fact that they were so busy. When we returned to the hostess (long black hair, glasses) she searched for the name Sabrina and could not find our party. After searching further, she found our party marked as a no show because we were “notified” at 6:17pm (almost 30mins earlier) and didn’t show up. We told her that we never received a text and she yet again confirmed it was sent. We double checked to make sure she had our correct number down and indeed, it was incorrect. She made the necessary changes and told us we would be next when a table clears. We resumed waiting out front of the main doors at a bench where we had clear site of the entrance. We held off another 25min and returned to the hostess stand to check on progress of a table. The host YET AGAIN says we were notified and did not show up for our reservation. We were marked as a NO SHOW AGAIN! My sister and I stared in disbelief at this point. We AGAIN told her we were indeed NOT notified and have received no confirmation that a table was ready. She then proceeded to tell us that a manager even came out the doors and called for our party by name… an absolute joke as I mentioned we sat within feet of the front door and never heard or saw a manager come to call for us. The manager happened to be walking by and the hostess stopped her to recall what the manager had supposedly done in an effort to call our party. We shared with her the same facts and everything we had been dealing with so far simply trying to dine at the restaurant and celebrate our friend’s Birthday. There was little care from both manager and hostess. At this point, we were so off put we were going to leave the restaurant and give up on our plans. The manager (short, brunette) did a 360 and saw a table that was available and told us she would be able to seat us. Reluctantly, we gathered the rest of our party and were seated. We received no follow up from management during our visit and, more importantly, no empathy from the hostess/ manager for the issues we had been dealing with on a night that was meant to be a celebration. The only saving grace of the whole evening was our server Nikki T. She was an absolute rockstar and made our experience. Thank you again Nikki for your stellar service, positive attitude, and empathy for our situation. Again, it was noticeably chaotic and a busy atmosphere which we tried to take into consideration but the amount of incidents and little care from the hostess and management left little to be desired from our visit from the very beginning.
