It is always a memorable experience dining at Cheesecake Factory! We mostly visit for a special occasion or a celebration and our memories are made more special by the ambience, food and service .
The menu offers a wide selection of choices for even the pickiest of diners. They have seasonal specials which make it interesting for occasional and frequent diners alike. The service staff is extremely busy at peak dining times, however service is great! Gotta love the bread basket (hard to pick a favorite)…it’s one thing we love about Cheesecake Factory since it hasn’t changed since the time I first visited this chain 2 decades ago.

Very disappointed. My favorite Basque cheesecake, pretty much 50% of why I come here is gone, and it’s back-up, the Limoncelle creme torte cake is also gone..
Someone higher up made a huge mistake in removing the basque; one of the best versions of the dessert the restaurant has on their menu. Wasn’t the reason why it was bordered separately from the rest of the 30+ options on the cheesecake menu was to give it more attention? To promote and sell more of a “classic” and in my opinion, a superior product? I’m no advertising major but when a dish, especially on a restaurant menu is given that much attention over a very VAST menu, it usually means to the staff “sell more of this product” and to patrons, “look here! This is the one you need to try!”
Also, when I inquired about the product, I was told by the waitress, who admitted she was pretty new, that she had no idea what I was talking about and never heard of the product. Now this is no fault of her own, but poor training in not making her aware of long time customers coming back for staples that are sadly no longer on the menu.
I don’t know what’s going on at the “factory” behind the scenes, but hopefully this is a temporary set back. In the meantime time I got my tiramisu cake which was also plated badly but at least the taste was still good.
Sadly will not be returning anytime soon.

Our service was impeccable! Arianna is actual magic and we will be back for her! My mom and I both got the same meal (this amazing pasta dish with mushrooms and sauce and heaven), and my Nana got the herb trusted salmon meal that she was super happy she got once it hit the table and her taste buds! Nana and I tried the lemonades (she got peach and strawberry, I got cucumber with extra mint) and we loved them all! Mom did mention the fried zucchini didn’t have as much flavor as she’d like but she ate it and was satisfied. Overall a great meal and an excellent experience thanks to Arianna!

We’ve never really thought of The Cheesecake Factory as a fine dining spot, but our recent Saturday visit turned out to be surprisingly satisfying. Although some dishes felt slightly overpriced and it was a busy night, we were seated fairly quickly. The staff were clearly hustling and doing a great job turning tables efficiently kudos to them.
Our server, Rachel (if I remember correctly), was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She didn’t rush us, assisted with our orders, and even packed up our leftovers for us with care.
The food was good, we especially enjoyed the pineapple upside-down cheesecake. We also had coffee and tea and really took our time. Despite the crowd, it turned out to be a great night.

A restaurant & restaurant owner that truly care for their customers! We were a party of 14 young college students celebrating our friend’s birthday & were sat surprisingly fast. We’re aware sometimes servers aren’t the most attentive due to our age, but it wasn’t the case here! Both the server and manager were constantly checking in on us, ensuring our drinks were always filled. Lastly, on top of the complementary birthday dessert, the manager went as far as personally providing a birthday cake slice as well! Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

the portions are insane be prepared for leftovers for lunch! i loved the meatloaf and the chicken parm pizza!!! the menu is overwhelming but i love how much variety is available. service is good, but very slow! they bring plenty of bread though as you’re waiting. kids menu is also GOOD!

The Sweet Corn Tamales Appetizer is the best, I also love the bacon burger with the gluten free bun is my go to! The chicken taquito appetizer is really good, and they have plenty of drinks to get your night going in the right direction just don’t drink and drive! Highly recommended if your trying something new with a classy environment please be sure to like my pics!

I’ve eaten at cheesecake factory for many years. At this location for the same amount of years as I’ve eaten there. I’ve never, been given a serving of lettuce wraps so small that the only thing I could do is laugh! I paid $20 for three very tiny strips of chicken, four very large lettuce cups, and a surplus of side to add to the lettuce cups. But when you look at this picture, you’ll see why this is a very sad day for the chicken lettuce wraps at cheesecake factory on Chandler Blvd and 101

The Cheesecake Factory – you can do better.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The table service was handled poorly. Some of us were missing spoons, others were missing knives. One of the spoons was dirty, with a large piece of dried food stuck to it. That really makes you question the cleanliness standards of the restaurant.
We were not offered straws, and when we asked for them, we had to remind the staff several times. We were dining with a small child, and no high chair was offered.
They also forgot to bring the cake, even though it was included on the bill. Only after we reminded them did they bring it and for some reason, it came with a “Happy Birthday” message, which was another mistake.
Overall, this experience did not meet the standard we expected.
