We decided to revisit this restaurant after picking up Cheese cake togo sometime ago. Long wait due to the weekend but we were impressed by the fresh baked bread and butter. Quite a wait for the food arrival and order taken but we understand due to the weekend busy pace.
When I received my pasta, I was kind of disappointed it looked like it was sitting under the heat lamp. But, it served on a hot plate thus the pasta was hot below. Regardless, the pasta tasted good and flavorful.
My rating as 5 is very satisfied

The atmosphere and vibe here are always unmatched, I love the unique decor. The food is pretty pricey, and I wouldn’t exactly say the price is reflected in the taste. However, the cheescake earned an extra star for food for me. Drinks here are really good, especially the virgin ones. Serving sizes here are always generous! Service ranges, sometimes I have servers that don’t necessarily stand out or provide extraordinary customer service. Other times, my server is the nicest person I’ve ever met. The food here doesn’t particularly reheat well either, which is unfortunate since their generous portion sizes often lead to leftovers. However, the cheescake refrigerates very well! One issue I had specifically was with the chicken pot stickers, which were around $17, and they ended up being my least favorite thing that I ordered that night. Crab Rangoon was pretty good!

It’s almost new years 2026 from 2025. I enjoy eating here when I can. I review and give big appreciation to exceptional customer service and today Sammy the Manager God Send allowed me to use my birthday cheescake free bday slice. Another manager at a prior location told me it was good for the month. However being informed by Sammy, I was told that was incorrect, my wife had a bday gift for 6 weeks my Bday was dec3rd it was only good foe 7 days. That sucks!! Cheesecake factory you should look into possibly extending those good customers the month why not? Anyway, Sammy The God! still honored my coupon. Im going i to the NEW YEAR, still happy to be spending my tine money and famiky with this brand! Thank you happy new year and im definitely greatful. You can’t let a Free bday slice go to waste or be ill informed. Thanks Sammy. A real pioneer and exceptional influential example for todays staff, His response 5 star customer service. He did not have to but he did. Thank you Sammy!!!

We went to Cheesecake Factory to have the birthday dinner for my daughter and this place was fully busy on a Friday evening, we had to wait for 45 minutes. But the wait was worth. We enjoyed our drinks, main course and the Cheesecakes. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommended.

I’ve gone to this cheesecake factory 10+ times and everytime i go i have no problems. The service and food here is amazing and i recently just went for my birthday and our server was amazing!! I love this cheesecake factory location sm and would recommend it.

Cozy, comfortable, and sensational. Our waiter was so amazing and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was romantic with low light setting and a view of the fountain and pond outside. The food was cooked to perfection.

Party of 6. Everything was delicous we had the avocado wrap and Mac n cheese ball for starters. Perfect! The tea wasn’t exactly the best but the food we can’t complain.!!!! Had dessert and the slices you get are well worth it!!! Would come back and do recommend.

Excellent! I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory a hundred times or more and I wish I’d tried this location sooner. I’ve been going to the Stonebriar Mall location for the past 10 yrs, at least once a month.
The Allen location has plenty of parking!! If not in front or in the lot on the side, there’s a garage within 500 ft.
Hostesses were polite, and one of them made sure another small party didn’t take my table they were cleaning for me. The server did well in the weeds, and kept the pace when those same ladies took another of his tables next to me.
Food was excellent! I had my usual. A strawberry lemonade, cheeseburger spring rolls, and the parm-crusted chicken. Getting the actual entree always takes a while no matter the location so I took it home and ate it the next morning. Oh!! I had red velvet cheesecake too. It was fresh and tasted so good!
All around 5 stars! It was so nice and calm. The music was good and not blaring loud. It was a little cool in there, but the temp wasn’t too bad. The area surrounding this location is beautiful as well. You all have a new fan in me. I’ll be back soon :).
