It’s been awhile since I’ve visited the Cheesecake Factory so I figured it’d time to do so. The atmosphere is great, there are plenty of booths for couples.
We decided to have dinner at the bar. Service was good and fast. I ordered the Cajun fish with mashed potatoes and corn. The fish was not seasoned and it definitely did not have a Cajun taste. The mash potatoes were great and so were the corn. I washed it all down with a mojito was awesome.
I will go back but will not order the Cajun fish.

Overall wait is long (1.5hrs) if ur in a big group of 5 or more. Be sure to give the right group size if not ur group will not be accommodate and the rest of the # u didn’t give will be split up. Depending on the size of group or flow of the restaurant for the evening u may or may not get ur drinks and food in an orderly fashion and ur check may take a min to come after ur done. They’re a bit skimpy on the asparagus. Overall delicious tho. Herbs salmon with the lemon sauce sauce need to be allover everything to give it more flavor. Truffle fries always amazing! Mac was good. Drinks were on point!

I’ll start of with saying, the customer service was great as always, I placed a takeout order. I ordered the BBQ chicken salad that comes with grilled chicken, its delicious, I’ve had it before. This time I asked for crispy chicken. Had I known I was gonna get what’s in the picture, I would’ve passed. It looks like they re-fried a piece of chicken from a piece they found behind the fridge from a few days ago. Terrible. I also ordered the new pork belly sandwich appetizers, the pork belly was barely there, there was more bread than everything, but it has potential.

I came here on January 25th for my birthday with my friends and we usually don’t have a good experience at this location but we decided to try it again. Our first server was Tammy, and she was just very iffy and unprofessional. When she didn’t check up on our table another server came by to help us out and take our order and when she saw him she got extremely upset and threw the bread at our table and started arguing with him in front of us… I understand the whole deal about certain sections being assigned but I just felt it was super unnecessary to do especially in front of customers. But when Tammy & the other server figured it out she took our order but still seemed like she didn’t like her job. I’ve worked in the food industry and I know how it is lol some days are worse than others. But the other server kept checking up on us when Tammy wouldn’t even bat an eye at our table. She didn’t check up once on us and at that point I asked to switch servers, not to be mean or anything; but because i wanted my birthday experience to be good. The other server, I don’t know his name but he was the sweetest server i’ve ever had in my life. He was so caring and attentive and kept apologizing for Tammy’s behavior and reassured us that he’d take good care of us and he did. He truly turned our experience around and I’m super grateful. He has glasses and this was around 6:30-8pm. Please give him a raise or some incentive because he truly is amazing!!!!

The Cheesecake Factory was a beautiful experience. Nya was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. Her demeanor was delightful. She was very attentive, caring, engaging and responsive. The manager even hand delivered some of the items to our table. The food was delicious and prepared just right. They provided perfect portions and flavors.

I would love to give 5 stars because the Cinnabon cheesecake was so good, but the Carne Asada plate was such a let down. Honestly, what are they thinking? 26.00 for this. Barely any steak on there. And the rice? Plain. Plain white rice. The best part of the plate is the corn. For the price they need give you more meat, and add some flavor to the rice. Maybe a sauce? Maybe give you a salsa on the side. Idk. Major let down. The server told me that lots of people complain about this plate.

We paid 80 bucks for cold takeout. We ordered and waited an hour for our food. When it came out half finished, without french fries, we had to ask for it to go because our kids babysitter was at home. Waited another 10 minutes for it to be wrapped up and paid 80 bucks for cold sandwiches at home. 0/10.

As a long time patron of Cheesecake Factory I was so looking forward to visiting this location, but this visit fell short. The service me and my party received from Nya was meh and the vibe left much to be desired. Our server did the bare minimum—orders taken, food delivered, check dropped—but we had to flag her down multiple times for water, bread, and the birthday dessert was placed on the table without spoons—requiring yet another request. Moments later, we were asked if we were ready for the check in a way that felt abrupt and rushed especially for a birthday celebration. No warmth or notable effort to make my party’s experience feel welcoming.
Compared to past experiences, the service lacked attentiveness and awareness. This visit did not align with what *I know* the brand’s usual standard of service is and took away from what should have been a celebratory occasion. And it sucks because I LOVE the cheesecake factory
Since it was my birthday, I was really hoping for at least a little enthusiasm. Instead, the energy was dry as the Sahara. Not rude, not mean—just very flat. Meanwhile, I watched other servers laughing and engaging with their tables, and honestly wished we’d been in one of those sections.

Im not a big fan of the food at the Cheesecake Factory from past experiences, however I thought Id give them a try while picking up a slice of cheesecake (My Most Favorite Thing In The World To Eat). I tried their “Chicken Shawarma” sandwich & fries, and it was amazing!!! The portions were nice for the price, Seasoned well, the chicken was juicy, the sauces were great, and my fries were hot, and well done just like l like them…I will definitely go back again.
