This is the third time that I have visited the cheesecake factory, even though it was extremely busy, we barely had a five-minute wait, which was impressive on its own. The restaurant is absolutely humongous, and it was fascinating to see how well everything runs with so many employees working together—despite the crowd, nothing ever felt behind or chaotic. The portion sizes are unbelievable; my husband ordered the chicken strips and received a plate of ten of them! While waiting for our food, we were served bread and butter, and not just any bread—a fancy baguette with warm butter, which was a really nice touch.
The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and it was refreshing to experience such genuinely positive customer service. And although I was too full to try dessert, the beautiful display of cheesecakes was stunning—so many varieties, all looking absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a great dining experience from start to finish!

Always fantastic. I’ve come here for my birthday two years in a row. The service is fast and friendly. Definitely take advantage of the online reservations to avoid waits as it can be very busy. No matter what I try here it’s always good. The bread is so good it never makes it to the photos before it’s gone.

Despite being very busy, we were seated fairly quickly. Our waiter was lovely and the service was quick. I got a burger for myself and chicken for my little one. She was pleased with her food, as was I. We’ll definitely be back.

Visiting The Cheesecake Factory for the first time was quite exciting! I didn’t realise how huge the dishes are, definitely portions for two. The food was good, but the whole experience made it even better, especially the atmosphere and the service.

Took way to long to get our food. Wait time was decent to be seated but man it took well over 2 hours before our courses showed up. Miss timing of appetisers and main course coming was out ragouis. Appetisers came out with in a decent amount of time but main course left to linger way to long between. Food was decent not what I would say worth the 150 plus dollar bill for 4 people. Will most likely not be back and could not recommend this location.

When we arrived, the service was friendly and the server was absolutely amazing considering we were sat at a table that was not clean at all. The server did clean our table off for us!! He was very kind and attentive to our concerns. As we sat there and we observed that a person cleaned off a table across from us and didn’t even wipe off the table and then it was set. There was food and other items under the tables that did not give the feel that the other staff really cared about the cleaniness and the thought of how guests would feel looking at it. I praise the server for definitely the amazing hospitality he gave.

Updated on 8/3/25: cleaner today with much better service, thanks Shannon!! Parking is a challenge on the weekend, but we beat the rush @ noon. Food was excellent as usual. If you want less hectic, don’t sit by the bussing/register area on the south end.

Avocado egg roll – filing was great but the skin needs to be crisp
Korean crisp cauliflower was amazing
Cucumber salad needs to peel the skin or use better cucumber
Thai chicken lettuce wrap is still stellar
Burger with fries is nothing too special
Impossible burger also lack luster

Had lunch here with my family while we were visiting the mall. We had a reservation and had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated after we checked in. The server was very prompt and courteous during our visit. It took a little longer than normal for our food to arrive, but everything was correct and hot when it was delivered. All the food was delicious and the portions were huge. The menu is very vast with multiple options in each category, so there is a lot to choose from, but everything is good, so you really can’t go wrong. Don’t forget to get a slice of cheesecake to finish off your meal. You will definitely leave here satisfied!
