I ordered the Bistro burger, the best part was that it was cooked to perfection even though I ordered medium rare. It was juicy and delicious also don’t forget to buy the Thai chicken lettuce wraps the chimichurry was the best sauce ever with the wraps. Great service to right away they ask you what you want to drink and the staff are incredibly friendly. Hope you enjoy!!!

I haven’t been to Cheesecake for awhile now. But, I decided to order it for lunch and have it delivered. WOW! They ROCK!! Our food was so delicious, and cooked perfectly, that we are going to order lunch every week. OMG! Best calamari, vegan cobb salad, meatloaf, mashed potatoes AND cheesecake with whipped cream!! SO delicious!!! Best meals we have had in a very long time. Cheesecake outdid themselves. LOVE it!

I want to recognize the outstanding professionalism of a Ashley the manager at The Cheesecake Factory in Madison WI who completely turned around what began as a very frustrating experience.
When we first arrived, we were placed on the waiting list but felt overlooked as several groups who arrived after us were seated before us. When we asked about it, the explanations we received were confusing and disappointing. It left us feeling frustrated and honestly questioning whether we were being treated unfairly.
However, everything changed when the manager came to our table. She sincerely apologized for our experience and, most importantly, she truly listened. She acknowledged what had happened and validated how we were feeling. That meant a lot.
She went above and beyond to make sure our evening improved. She checked on us several times, made sure we were comfortable, and genuinely cared about turning the situation around. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to customer experience were remarkable.
Our server, Julia, was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and excellent at her job. The food was incredible as always, and we even enjoyed a delicious cheesecake.
What stood out most was the manager’s leadership and commitment to making things right. Because of her, what started as a negative experience turned into a very positive one. She is exactly the kind of person who represents great customer service.
We will absolutely be coming back because of the way she handled the situation.

The place was amazing and the food was delicious! I had the basil tomato pasta and the cheesy meatball crunch appetizer—both were incredible. Service was a bit slow, but it was a busy Sunday and the staff was kind. Totally worth the wait. Highly recommend!

First time eating at the Cheesecake Factory and it was well worth it. The only thing was I wish there would have been more chicken in my salad but it was still great. I also got the Perfectly Peachy cheesecake which was delicious but if you don’t like peaches it’s not gonna be for you, however they have many options to choose from.

Exquisite dining experience. Came here for my girlfriends birthday and we had great food and service. Joshua E was very attentive and we never had to worry about empty drinks. Food came out very quickly and was delicious. The overall vibe of the restaurant was very clean and put together. Would definitely recommend this to people looking for a good date night spot with good food and great service!
