I haven’t been to a Cheesecake Factory in about a dozen years… no particular reason except that they just are not very close by to where I am. This time I was going to be in the area and so we chose to eat here and I’m glad we did. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing, the menu has so much variety that it’s crazy hard to make a choice, and the service was out of this world. I had their classic meatloaf which was delicious and a good portion size. We also had the pasta and the Korean chicken, which was also enjoyable. If you haven’t been to a Cheesecake Factory in a long time, you have to check it out again you’ll be glad you did.

I’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations around the country, and I generally know what to expect: good food, consistent menu, and reliable service. The food here was exactly that — very good and served fairly quickly. However, the service at this visit was definitely below the standard I’ve experienced elsewhere.
We arrived during happy hour and were initially seated right away. When we asked our server about the happy hour specials, we were told that in order to receive those prices, we needed to be seated in a different section of the restaurant. We were then moved — but were left waiting quite a long time without being greeted. Eventually, we had to get up and speak with the hostess ourselves to ask when a server would be by.
When our server did arrive, they seemed unsure about the menu and the happy hour offerings. We ordered a drink that the server told us was included in the special, only to be told later that it actually wasn’t and would be charged at full price. It was frustrating and a bit awkward, especially since the information changed after the fact.
The food itself was good, as expected — no complaints there. But the service on this visit was a noticeable departure from the level of hospitality I usually associate with Cheesecake Factory. In the future, I’ll likely choose the Mayfair location, where I’ve consistently had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

They deserve negative 5 stars! My waitress Mariah service was horrible! She brung my drinks and completely disappeared and after my food was brought out she never asked me if I was alright or if I needed anything! My pasta wasn’t even hot, not even warm and I wanted to return the food for something else and the fries were warm. I ordered Parmesan fries and only the first few fries had Parmesan on them and the aoli sauce was absolutely disgusting! There also was angel hair pasta mixed in with my bow tie pasta and it looked disgusting. I called the restaurant and spoke with a black manager who was really rude to me and told me next time to ask for a manager. I explained to her that I have social anxiety and being there was already difficult for me so I wasn’t going to ask to speak with anyone I just wanted to pay and leave. She was being rude and brushed off what I said to her and told me to still ask for a manager. Very rude I will not be back! I called the restaurant back and spoke with the manager Michael and he was rude as hell as well! Michael has been really rude before please fire him! Very, very unprofessional I will not be back and this was my first visit in years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and portions were generous. Service was attentive and friendly, and everything came out perfectly. Of course, the cheesecake was the highlight so many great options and worth every bite. Definitely a 5-star visit! I did go when they first opened up at 11am

The service was mid, but the manger was very nice. I liked how we got seated right away. All my guest liked their food and so did I. I got the shrimp Gumbo. I would give it a 7/10. The shrimp, chicken, and sausage didn’t have any flavor to it. The sauce had the spicy flavor, the rice was dry, and it didn’t consistently taste good. But I would come back again.

Great service.So many options when it comes to food, had the truffle, honey chicken, which was really good. Freshly fried the right amount of sweet. The kids mac and cheese was surprisingly , really good as well.. My favorite cheesecake, there’s the raspberry lemon. I don’t think I’ve ever even given any other option. A little bit overpriced. But always good so why we come back.

This place is pretty solid. It’s a little on the pricey side (sodas are $4.75, for example), but the atmosphere is nice, and the service is decent, though it could be a little faster.
The food was pretty good as well, and they have a few vegetarian options, including a couple vegan ones.
On our recent visit, my wife and daughter had the avocado tacos and the kids mac and cheese, and they were both happy.
I’ve had the Vegan Cobb salad and, most recently, their Impossible burger, both of which are good. It would be nice to see a vegan cheesecake option; make it halfway decent, and most vegans would appreciate the dessert option.
The atmosphere must be addressed. It’s nice to see places with unique characters like this. You feel like you’re walking into something more than a generic restaurant; you’re getting a bigger experience for your money. I love the feeling of bringing something from abroad to a local restaurant.
