This was our second time at The Cheesecake Factory, and I couldn’t stop talking about it after our first visit so of course we had to come back lol. We love how many food options they have, and the desserts are always so good! I especially enjoy trying their different drinks.
The drink I ordered this time had a little too much mint for my taste, but that’s just personal preference. Overall, the service was good, and I really enjoy coming here to eat. My favorite dessert here is the strawberry shortcake and ice cream. Our favorite appetizer is now the avocado egg rolls.

It was my first time going for our daughter’s birthday to the Greenwood location! It was a nice atmosphere. The manger Caleb made special accommodations to make sure our party was all together since there was more than 6 of us. The food was a bit pricey for the servings and quality. I did expect a little more the way people be talking about it, but it’s all good. It was still a cool experience! The cheesecake were on point!

We made our reservation online to celebrate a birthday and were pleasantly surprised to avoid the long lobby wait. I savored the Shrimp Scampi, which was not only delicious but also presented impressively. For dessert, I indulged in the Godiva Chocolate Brownie Sundae, which was simply divine. The waiter was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this Cheesecake Factory for any special occasion.

Was hesitant about going due to the mixed reviews. But was surprised in a good way I ordered the dbl smash burger and was surprised how good it was. It’s been my experience that the “sit down “ restaurants doesn’t usually have a great burger. I generally will go to five guys for that but this burger will give it a run for its money. Price is higher a little but you get bread service as well. The problem I noticed was that the place just wasn’t all that clean. And prices overall was pretty darn high. Three people with two pieces of cheese cake was 100 bucks.

Its always a good time at the cheesecake factory. The food is always decently good, and the service as well. The problem comes in with consistency. You may not always get your Cajun jambalaya pasta the same, or sometimes your buffalo blast chicken isn’t as crispy. It really depends on the cooks that day, How new they are, and frankly how busy they are. The same can be said for the service both waiters and bar staff. I could definitely give a higher rating if they were more consistent. Lets hope they get there.

I took my daughter to this restaurant for her birthday. First, we waited an hour for a table, then we waited for the waitress to take our order. She forgot to bring us the complimentary bread, and after another hour, the food finally arrived—a tasteless fish dish. We were also waiting for a water refill. In short, the service was very poor considering the price of the food.

We had wonderful service at The Cheesecake Factory in Greenwood, Indiana. They do reservations online, but they don’t accommodate large reservations of 18 people online for parties of that size on weekends. We arrived right when they opened and were seated immediately. Our server was fantastic, handling a party of 18 single-handedly. The excellent service justified the generous tip.

So my gf and I went for an early Valentines lunch. We have never been to the Cheesecake Factory before. From the moment we walked in we were amazed at how nice everything looked and the atmosphere was great. The waiter was very attentive and we never had to wait for refills or look around for him when we needed service. We had meatball sliders for an appetizer, she had Cuban for meal, and I had the Ribeye. Then for dessert I had the cinabon Cheesecake and she had the Reeses one. Everything tasted amazing and was marvelous. Bread was a little hard but not crazy hard. Definitely recommend people go check it out for sure. Will note a cemi truck driver was going through the little parking and almost hit us as we’re we leaving in my vehicle and was very rude. But not a detractors from resteraunt. We will definitely visit again. Steak is definitely (idk which spot) but top 3 I’ve had in my life!

Food quality is phenomenal The atmosphere is very calming and elegant considering it is a mid-grade restaurant similar price to Olive garden but a nicely rounded selection to choose from and for dessert It has what you’re looking for. The whole environment has a presentation including the food that is worthy of any family or occasion to partake in breaking bread.
