Had a reservation for 6:30. Arrived 10 minutes early to. Let them know our party of 15 was there. They said our table was almost ready. At 6:40 we asked how long and they replied they had already set out party (AKA- they gave our table to another party). 55 minutes later we got set. Everything from there on out went great. Our waitress was absolutely awesome. Food was fantastic.

Very awesome dining atmosphere. Food was good but as in so many restaurants these days, somewhere down the line your order is lost in translation. I ordered my steak a certain way….but no they brought it out just the way they think it should be. I waited long enough so I wasn’t waiting another 30 minutes for a redo. It was good but not what I wanted. These new generation waiters and waitress do not listen. They try to juggle to much and don’t get it right. Listen to the customer and you’ll get more business and repeat business as well. Not me though. There are too many nice restaurants in the area to be screwed twice.

Table of 6 and had less than a 20 minute wait on a Saturday. Overall good experience and would return. One of the kids with us ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza and there were some strawberry chunks on it. We notified our waitress and let her know that it wasn’t a big deal and we were not complaing. We just wanted to make them aware to check the ingredient line because it could affect someone with an allergy. Our waitress was super nice and took care of everything.

Our family loves The Cheesecake Factory! It’s always a fun atmosphere yet perfect for date night. There’s choices of booths and tables and lots of room to dine. We never feel cramped up, and we always get great service. The complimentary bread and butter is divine. I absolutely love their Cucumber Lemonade. It is cold, refreshing, and the taste is amazing!

I got the tomato basil pasta. It had good flavor and a large portion, but there was not a lot of chicken on it. My bread was super hard. The servers were kind and professional, but the food took a long time to come out. Almost 40 minutes and I was a 1 person party. The place is clean and quiet. A little dark if you have trouble seeing. The music is a little loud, but you can still hear conversations. There are only 2 handicap spaces out front but 6 to-go spaces which is quite frustrating as all of the handicap spaces were taken. The door to come in are large, but not super heavy so if you are able to open doors by yourself it is accessible otherwise, you will need assistance getting inside. Plenty of tables with that are easy to navigate with a wheel chair.

Picked up a whole lemon meringue cheesecake and was not impressed at all. They put the topping on which melted the whole cake. Not only did it look sloppy the cheesecake was completely melted as well
The texture was completely off I felt like I was eating lemon pudding. Paid over 70$ I expected better quality and presentation for someone’s birthday cake.
