I attended a friend’s birthday at the restaurant. We came with 20 people for dinner. The server welcomed us warmly and took our orders. Despite each person’s different orders and requests for additional items in the dishes, the server still accommodated us with a smile.

I went to this Cheesecake Factory with 5 other people, and we were not disappointed! I got a shrimp scampi (pictured below), and it was very delicious! The rest of my party also loved their food! After dinner, we all got cheesecake, I got a lemon cheesecake (pictured below), and it was absolutely amazing! The only downsides to coming here are the long wait times, which can be avoided with making reservations, and the high prices. I highly recommend taking a trip here, and trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Cheesecake factory isn’t all hype for their name, their cheesecake is AMAZING!! Drinks were pretty good. The only thing that got my attention was that the cutlery was a tiny bit dirty. But besides that, it was pretty good

In town from Atlanta on a weekend trip and decided to check out the Cheesecake Factory across from my hotel ALOFT. Was seated right away and server was great. The food on the other hand was absolutely HORRIBLE. I ordered the tomato basil pasta and my husband ordered the salmon. My food came with a plate of bland red sauce and a piece of chicken the size of a 50 cent piece and hard. My husbands salmon was very dry and asparagus had no flavor and looked as tho they had been blanched only!! I’ve been to several Cheesecake Factory and this by far was the WORSE!!!! The whole restaurant needs to be revamped bc soon as you walk in there is a fishy smell to the place. No wonder on a Friday night it wasn’t crowded and now I see why it’s 3.9 stars. Should be 0!!!

I love this restaurant. Everything about it is 10 stars . I got the classic basque cheesecake and Rita’s soup and salad. Chicken tortilla soup and ranch on the salad. There’s something about that ranch that’s just beyond any other. Absolutely delicious!!

While we have had good experiences at The Cheesecake Factory in the past, this latest experience (which has been the first in a couple of years) was disastrous and we probably won’t be eating there again. Upon being seated, the table was sticky and the bread plate stained, along with stains on some of the silverware. The only good dish was the sweet corn tamale cakes (appetizer). Three of the four chicken tacos had hard pieces of meat or ligament. The fish in the fish and chips had some discoloration and while it tasted as good as frozen fish can taste, it certainly wasn’t worth $22. We were seated immediately, which was good, and our server was friendly and attentive (although she did nothing to remedy the gross table even after noticing that we were wiping it down with our napkins). We realize this isn’t exactly fine dining, but cleanliness and edible food should be expected, particularly at that price point.

The beautiful place, the dim light, only the music was too loud, there were so many people and obviously everyone talking loudly because the volume of the music was too much, the food and above all the service, excellent!
