Greta place, with wide variety of options and kids friendly.
I enjoyed the New Orleans shrimp started it was so yum the sauce was delicious.
Pastas are our favourite we have been here multiple times and staff are friendly and great.
Our fav cheese cake place in town.
This location is a convenient spot, while you are shopping and you get tired and you can get into the restaurant from the mall without getting out.
We were really hungry and the restaurant was little short staffed during thanksgiving weekend and the food was little delayed but my little 21 month daughter had a good time and she liked her kids chicken strips.

TCF is always a great destination for good food, desserts, drinks, and of course the cheesecake. My team and I went to celebrate our 2025 wins and bring in the 2026 season. It was a perfect evening. This location is very popular and parking can be challenging, but it’s worth it. ❤️❤️❤️

The food was excellent. The service was average. The atmosphere was nice. It took a little while to get our food after we ordered even though they were slow but when it arrived it was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere is nice but it’s dated. The menu is huge and I have no idea how they’re able to keep any of the ingredients fresh with so many choices. Makes you wonder. But all in all a good experience.

The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Mexican Tortilla Salad, and there was plenty of it and tasted delicious. I ordered the cheesecake, just the original, and it was perfect. Our server, Steven L, was a very attentive server and had a great attitude. He was a lot of fun. Great experience, would definitely come back.

Cookie Dough Lover’s Cheesecake with Pecans: Dessert is arguably the best part of a meal, so how can one not be excited by a restaurant with a name that implies large quantities of cheesecake are manufactured there!? I’ve tried most of the Cheesecake Factory’s cake flavors that I intend to, as a few just don’t appeal to me (mostly the fruity ones, yuck!). It’s a slow process since I like returning to my favorites rather than risk trying a new one every time I go. Plus, they offer over 30 varieties. Cookie Dough is a relatively new member of their menu as it was added in 2023. It’s a creamy cheesecake loaded with chocolate chip pecan cookie dough and topped with cookie dough frosting. Initially I had some trepidation about trying it as I’m not a huge fan of nuts in my desserts. Thankfully, I didn’t feel that the miniscule amounts of pecans made much of a difference. Great for me but might not be for you if you’re getting it for the pecans. This is in contrast to the chocolate chips teeming on and within the slice. The chips add a magnificent texture contrast to the creamy cheesecake. Speaking of cheesecake, the actual cheesecake portion is just what I’ve come to expect, creamy, sweet and tangy (but not overly so). Possibly the most unique aspect is the crust. There’s no official description on the menu, but I swear it’s like an actual cookie! Lastly is the phenomenal cookie dough frosting, which my only complaint is there’s not enough (probably a good thing though considering the slice is already 1,550 calories). Doughboy approved

Jordan did a wonderful job helping me navigate their revamped menu and was attentive throughout the meal. My steak Diane was cooked to temp, the skin-on mashed potatoes were flavorful, and I couldn’t leave without trying one of their flavors of cheesecake.

I love the Cheesecake Factory but every time we come to this location we get really bad service. This is the 3rd time we tried giving this a chance and for some reason the staff isn’t trained or they just don’t care. The first time we got yelled at because the lady said she wanted to go home and didn’t want to let us have a booth (it was our anniversary and we arrived over 2:30 hours before close). The second time, the server took our order wrong when I mentioned my allergies and she didn’t do anything when my dish had that item.
For this time, we came once again for an anniversary, the food was really good. My fiancés dish was super delicious and mine was good but cold. We never got refills on our drinks, bread, and our server disappeared and only checked on us once, and when he did, he disappeared again without even stopping. Honestly I just recommend going to the other 2 locations in Nashville, the managers walk around and make sure you’re good and the servers are nice.

We ordered the street corn tamales. It came out burnt so server went to get a new one for us. I asked him to just pack it for me and after I came home I ate it and it tasted bitter so looked at bottom and its burnt again. If that is the food quality they are supporting We are not going back
