Updated stars- Outside of the 1 incident, I haven’t had any issues before. I come here often & the food, drinks, & playlist are always on point. What occurred was resolved quickly & professionally, hence the update. So I’ll be back & will update the photos.
Previous incident -I gave 2 stars- I have ordered this meal plenty of times and have never felt disrespected until I did a pickup order. The tenders are the size of traditional wings! My salad was bagged with the wings (hot) instead of with the cheesecake (cold) and I was given loose utenils instead of packaged. These tenders are not the size of what is in the restaurant and this is unacceptable. I was excited about my favorite meal only to be disappointed. The size of these for the price paid is disrespectul & of course no one answered the phone when I called. I was also given Ranch dressing with my wings instead of bleu cheese! The bleu cheese is what makes the wings better! Lesson learned- don’t rush; check food before leaving! This order was a complete fail.
3 stars for service because they knew they were wrong for giving me this.

Made the mistake of shopping on Black Friday. Starting here made it a little better.
There were a couple of available seats at the bar so we were able to skip the wait. We ordered drinks and ordered our food. The bacon bacon cheeseburger was fantastic. My wife ordered a cheeseburger as well. The food was great and we happy hour arrived so we had a couple more drinks were ready to shop.
It has been a while since we’ve eaten at the Cheesecake Factory and we were not disappointed.

Although I’ve been to several Cheesecake Factory’s, this is my first time at the Opry Mills location. We made reservations for a party of 12 and also called ahead to say we were walking over from the Big Gameshow. We still had a 15 minute wait and had to be in two booths. Not exactly the best scenario for a staff Christmas lunch. The food was average and the server had a great personality but was too overwhelmed with all of his tables to provide the service that he seemed capable of providing. That said, not planning a return anytime soon.

Aubrey our server was great! It was a busy Friday night, but the restaurant has a good system and we were seated within 20 min. The egg rolls are an appetizer, but big enough to be an entree. Not pictured was our s’mores cheesecake, but their cheesecake never disappoints.

A bit of a late review! Me and my wife went here in May if 2025,and I don’t have a photo of what she got, but she got the Shepard pie. But I enjoyed my meal and so did she. But my asparagus was very crunchy(probably barely cooked).But we never got any bread, and thats my only big complaint.

Service is only a 4 due to our gracious waitress, Kaylee. The hostesses particularly the one with strip lashes could use more hospitality training. We were also seated at a table that needed more cleaning and the other hostess cleaned it hastily…no apology or anything. Kaylee deserves 5 stars but the hostesses deserve 1/5.

Hostess was rude and had a bad attitude and a smart mouth. Server was so sweet and professional. Very efficient and prompt. Recommended the correct entree that was delicious. Food is always amazing here atmosphere is always charming and nice. The bread is the best!!!! All the food is delicious and of course if you have a thing for cheesecake, they have an entire extensive selection.

We had only been to Cheesecake Factory once over a decade ago and weren’t impressed. Gave it another try. Our first visit was a spontaneous mother-daughter Sunday lunch. We were seated quickly. Space felt a little tight and a little noisy. Our meals were very good. She had some lettuce wrapped tacos which she liked but they were very messy. I had a salad with steak. Pineapple upside down cheesecake was good. We returned the next week to celebrate a family birthday. We had 11 people and sat on the patio. Can’t make reservations, but they sat us quicker than they said. Again a little tight, but warmer and quieter outside. Many in our group got pasta dishes. Everyone liked them, but they can literally serve 2. Pricey, but huge servings. My biggest complaint is it took too long. We ordered fairly quickly, but we were there 2+ hours. Even at the end, our cheesecakes took 20 minutes to arrive. The kids were all melting down, and we had to get them to go. Our waitress seemed to be very busy so maybe she was just serving too many tables?

Amazing experience at the Cheesecake Factory. I wasn’t sure if we would have good service considering how packed it was. We were seated right away. No long waits. Food was hot. Our server was kind. This place runs like a well oiled machine.
