First time ever eating at the cheesecake factory, and the food was very good. Our server was very friendly and very helpful. I would have given them 5 stars, but the restrooms were filthy. The toilet would not flush and was full. The restrooms needed cleaning. Everything was good but very expensive.. I’m pretty sure that for the prices, they could do a better job with cleanliness.

Had Chicken Madeira. Ate half to make room for banana cheesecake! The food is nearly always superb, and this visit was no exception. This is a restaurant you should not be in a hurry. It’s not a fast food joint. My waiter was great and my wife was happy. Two entrees, one appetizer, one alcoholic drink, two slices of cheesecake plus tip around $120. Nice to splurge every so often.

My fiancé and I went here for dinner tonight. I ordered the cacio e pepe pasta and he ordered the steak Diane with herb crusted salmon and mashed potatoes. I loved my dish, it was creamy and full of flavor, I didn’t care for the arugula, I knew it was in the dish and decided to try it. I didn’t care for the taste so I put it aside and the pasta was still great. My fiancé enjoyed his dish as well, the steak was tender, it was cooked to the proper temperature that he requested and the fish was cooked perfectly. The service was excellent!

The food was good. The wait a bit long, but it was a weekend and people were out and about. Because just 2 people, place in section near bathroom and a side entrance door that kept opening whenever the wind blew, slamming and blowing in leaves and debri from outside…is the only reason I gave a 4 for atmosphere. Server was patient and attentive.

You can’t go wrong with The Cheesecake Factory! Huge selection no matter what you’d like, and I’ve never had anything from salad to seafood that wasn’t great. In town last week and ended up eating here 3 times over the week, not just for the great selection and atmosphere but the service. Angela who is a bartender / server is hands down incredible! THE perfect server and with such awesome people skills we went back additional times and requested her table. Thank you, Angela for such incredible attention to customers and such friendly service. You are a great example of why ‘hometown’ TN is THE best! I am sooo saddened I misplaced my receipt for the corporate survey to sing your praises. Would gladly complete if I had the info. Next time….

The food was delicious and plentiful! My husband and I both got to-go boxes. He got a vanilla milkshake, which had perfect consistency all the way through, and I had the most phenomenal tiramisu cheesecake I’ve ever had. As good as the food was, the service was even better. Brooklyn was our server and I can’t say enough good things about her! She was fun, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made sure we had what we needed and never seemed bothered when we did ask for something, even though it was a very busy Saturday night. She was so nice and helpful, and did it with a smile. I highly recommend!

I took a friend for her birthday. We had to wait over an hour for a table. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. I did take home the cheesecake apple pie. My husband hated it. We ended up throwing it away. So I would not recommend that one. They have the best fried Macaroni and Cheese balls. I highly recommend these.
