Great menu and variety. All the dishes we ordered were great, staff was very pleasant and observant. This place seems very popular, we waited around 30-40 minutes for our table. Luckily they can notify you remotely so you can use the mall while you wait.

Sat outdoors and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and provided quick service. Split the chicken Parmesan pizza style and got the toasted marshmallow s’mores galore cheesecake. Only complaint is graham crackers were a bit stale after being on the cheesecake for a while I’m assuming, would be nice if they put them back on right before serving, but other than that, a 5 star experience.

The menu here is huge! This restaurant has so many different options including a low-calorie menu. My favorite appetizer is the Eggroll sampler, my favorite main dish is the Thai coconut lime chicken and favorite dessert lemon raspberry cream cheesecake. If you want to try something from the low-calorie menu, my suggestion is the vegan burger. And don’t forget to try the French fries, they are pretty good!

First time at this location as I usually go to Naples. Nice location, Decor and server Brandi was great. We enjoyed our food however one star removed for the tiny portion for $18.95. I still would return. We had the coconut cream cheesecake for dessert, yum!

First time visit. Ordered fettuccine with Alfredo with chicken and a salad ( the salad was huge. My friend and I split the meal between us. More than enough for two people. Then, we shared the strawberry shortcake. Their version has a lot of vanilla ice cream. It’s hard to eat it all, but the strawberries and busicuits were very good. I was very happy with the meal.

Was not so good to start. Service was terrible initially, but only with the hostess. We had a reservation, showed up on time, and was told to wait. Waited 30 minutes while others were seated ahead. On the plus side, the manager was very understanding and more than made up for our wait with complimentary desserts. Also, our server was just fantastic! We asked for a lot, and he delivered with enthusiasm, kindness, and a smile each time. The food is consistently delicious every time. Thank you, Cheesecake Factory:) My family and I just love it there:)) We’ll be back
