Tastes exactly like when I used to come back in high school. Nothing has changed! The kids loved it! I highly prefer them eating here > any fast food chain.
We had a Chicken Piccata, Carrot Cake, Miso Salmon & Red Velvet Cheesecake. Everything was amazing! Our server was so patient and explain them all their million questions they had. Such a sweetheart!

First and foremost, the parking is terrible.
Second, we ordered online for pickup, but the wait time was significantly longer than expected due to a lack of staff. One female staff member spoke to a male customer in Spanish and walked away when I wanted to ask her about my order and never returned.
Third, I ordered Sheila’s chicken and avocado salad, but it arrived with a salad full of bean sprouts, which I’m allergic to. The ingredients list clearly states that “bean sprouts” are not part of the salad. I had to throw away the entire box.
I wrote a review about this issue, and they contacted me to apologize for the long wait, but they never acknowledged that they didn’t follow their own recipe.
Sam provided some of the best service I’ve had—not just at this Cheesecake Factory, but at many other restaurants as well. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests he’s serving.
From now on, I’ll definitely be popping my head in from time to time just to see if Sam is working—even if I’m not that hungry—because I know the experience will be great when he’s there. Truly outstanding service!
On one occasion, our server barely checked on us and had a long face the entire time, while she was smiling and being very attentive to the table next to us. It honestly made me question whether we were being treated differently for some reason, which was very uncomfortable.
Another time, there was an issue at the waiting line. The staff seemed impatient and dismissive, giving off a “stay or leave, we don’t care” attitude, along with obvious eye-rolling. It felt extremely unprofessional.
I also noticed a situation where a customer came in alone, and the front desk staff gave her a very awkward and unfriendly look. It was hard not to notice.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but consistent rude behavior is unacceptable. Please train your staff better. Customer service matters just as much as the food.
