Tasty cheesecakes look so good. I want to have them all!!! I had celebration for my birthday coming up. It is delicious! Not an over powering taste. The layers so pretty. Service was very calming. Just no greeting when you walk in. Needs a more welcoming environment.

More than Cheesecakes here, the food is divine. Wide range to choose from, everyone will leave here satisfied and with dessert to take home. We were here 2 days before Christmas with our Annual Church Staff Dinner. We received top service from our server Jeremy for our party of 10. All of the food tasted amazing and Cheesecakes packaged for home were so delicious, we are looking forward to our next visit. I got their bacon -bacon hamburger with sweet potato fries and 2 sides of green vegetables, one was green beans which seemed expensive for the small amount I received, the other was broccoli which was well proportioned. One of the bacon choices on this burger was a super thick slice of bacon, so much flavor that I asked for more. What comes on the burger is 3 half pieces of crispy bacon slices and 2 pieces of thick bacon (pork belly) but these are just 1 inch long pieces. After talking to the server, he confirmed that there was only one way for me to purchase more pieces of thick bacon was to get another hamburger. Still, every thing tasted superb. Thank you Cheesecake Factory for a wonderful meal.

UNFORTUNATELY- drove 2 hours to take my daughter (UNF) out for her birthday dinner at her requested/favorite place to eat. Was off to a good/expected start with a 30-40 minute wait for a party of 5. No prob as the bartender was great and plenty of open seats. Being a google review type person, I started taking some pictures of the lighting and environment and my drink etc with plans for leaving a great review …….. INSERT PROBLEMS HERE …….. thinking it’s a Wednesday and it shouldn’t be too bad we waiting 40 minutes to be seated. I can deal with that. Our waitress came right over and tried to get our orders asap but we were freshly seated and trying to decide and it was obvious the waitress was working her ask off. No fault to her but needless to say….. we were given a small little loaf of bread, topped off drinks, orders placed and ….. waiting and …….. and waiting and…… we had to ask for more bread since we were starving and waiting ….. I had to grab a waitress (not our assigned one) and asked for refills to our empty glasses and more bread. The really nice pictures that I had taken for intent of posting a great review became an unfortunate way for me to track how long we had bee waiting since sitting/ordering etc. All that being said …. It was made clear to them on a few separate times that this was my family, I traveled 2 hours to eat there, it was a birthday and special occasion. That all being said…… 50 minutes for sandwiches and one meal being steak and asparagus. Nothing too complicated. Was told 3 separate times that the manager would be sent to me to talk but was busy working in the kitchen because they were so busy and so overwhelmed. Coodos to him and the factory for working so hard to make up for being overwhelmed in the middle of the week ….. but I paid full price for the unexpected disappointment and poor service of the establishment. The waitresses were doing their best to put the fires out but we pad full price and gave a proper tip for sub- satisfaction for a special occasion. Total for 5 of us not counting dessert just over 200 and not really feeling happy or confident will ever go back. When we left nearly 2.5 hours later…. The manager was told 3 times that i wanted to speak to him about my problems and concerns…… did not happen and the place really was not busy at all since it was nearly 9pm at that point. So take it for what it’s worth. I know this place has many great reviews but my experience, at full price, was not worth it!!

It’s been forever since I’ve been to Cheesecake Factory, but after seeing a bunch of TikToks, I started craving it and went for dinner. I knew it would be busy, so I made a reservation and didn’t have to wait long. Loved checking out all the cheesecakes in the display case. The space inside was way bigger than I expected, and I was really glad we got indoor seating since it was cold out.
The menu is huge, so it took a minute to decide. Bread came out first and the brown bread is definitely the best.
So soft and perfect with butter. We shared the fried mac and cheese balls, and they were delicious. Super crispy, hot inside, and the creamy marinara sauce was good even though it was more room temp. The portion was great too. I definitely filled up faster than planned after the bread and two mac and cheese balls.
For my entrée, I got the crispy chicken costoletta and swapped the mashed potatoes for angel hair pasta with extra lemon sauce. The dish came out piping hot. The chicken was juicy and crispy, the lemon sauce was amazing on both the chicken and pasta, and the portion was huge. They forgot my asparagus at first, but it came out a few minutes later. It was honestly pretty plain on its own, but way better dipped in the lemon sauce. I ate about half the plate so I could still have dessert For dessert, I got the Peach Perfect cheesecake. It had raspberry sauce on top and peach pieces throughout. So good and very peach-forward, which I loved. Tried my friend’s celebration cheesecake too and hers was a little more frozen. Mine was super soft; I kinda wish it was a bit colder, but still delicious.

Today we visited the Cheesecake Factory for lunch for my grandmothers 86th birthday party and it was extremely disappointing.
I’m going to start by saying, I know large parties can be a pain and my family can be kooky and somewhat distracted but I’ve never received such terrible service even considering the size of our group.
There seemed to be a disorganization from the beginning as we didn’t receive drinks until almost 30 minutes after our sitting. When placing orders, it was not orderly and I was skipped. Finally, after putting orders in and receiving meals, was when it was evident that there was something wrong behind the scene.
I ordered the spicy rigatoni without pancetta and add shrimp. When I got a few bites into my meal, I realized there was pork on my plate and I had eaten some. My brother ordered a burger that comes with grilled onion and there were none in sight. Other’s including my aunt ordered a meal that was listed as spicy but came without any kick to it. When hers was addressed, the waiter commented “maybe your tolerance is up today” which sounds insane and nervy as hell. Not a “can I get you some peppers or give you some extra sauce with more spice?”. My brother’s fix was a side of grilled onion that were FROZEN. Is this a prank? My meal was replaced and before being brought out, was confirmed with a manager that it was supposed to have NO pork and I was asked if I received the shrimp. I said YES that I received the shrimp because it came with the entree I had originally ordered as an addition but not realizing her question was if I placed it to the side SO the second attempt came with NO shrimp. I placed the original shrimp to the side because it cost 8.50 for FOUR pieces and thought that someone can eat it. She should have asked about the shrimp I placed to the side OR just brought the shrimp out with the entree how it was intended to come out originally if she was avoiding any confrontation..especially after telling her I don’t eat pork for religious reasons. I was not able to eat this shrimp because it was touching the pork… (also, was brought a bowl of shrimp to go with my new entree that I’m almost 100% certain weren’t the “correct” shrimp because it looked smaller like for the fried kind and not the bigger shrimp that originally came out with tails).
After these issues, what made me more upset was that I felt perceived and eyeballed by the staff. They “checked” on my meal after I’m sure they were educated by the manager that it was not correct and just rolled their eyes. I mean, I felt completely judged.
I haven’t eaten pork in 5 years and I’m writing this 7 hours later because I’m so distraught and cannot get over this event.
My mother asked for a comp on our meals and was asked for the burger back in order to get comped. I get policies but quit being a robot and let’s take a step back here. This whole visit was more than 3 hours long, unintentionally, and he hadn’t eaten anything before this. So shocked.
The service I remember was supposed to take the reins and OFFER a compromise instead of waiting on the customers suggestion and then it backfiring making it look like we were attempting to hustle free food. Absolute MESS!!!

My wife and I love Cheesecake factory and will drive over an hour to visit on any occasion we are able to. We have had the pleasure of having Liz as our server multiple times and she is always going above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of no matter how much we request. She is Lways very friendly and helpful as well and we always enjoy our visits with her as our waitress. I would highly recommend Cheesecake factory as well as this location to anyone looking for a very filling and delicious meal with friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere.

The Customer service by Graceann was TOP TIER she was very attentive. The ordering process was very easy. There was no wait time from the time we walked into the door to the time we sat down to the time we got our drinks food or at the end. When we received our cheesecake, the atmosphere was light and a easy vibe. Will Recommend this location

We drove from Leesburg, GA to Gainesville, FL and decided to have dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. There were four of us in our group. We ordered an appetizer, wine, and a skinny margarita, and the other three people ordered regular meals.

After eating bread, the appetizer, and having my drink, I really wasn’t that hungry anymore and simply asked to order a kids meal so I wouldn’t waste food. The waitress told me they would not allow it because it was “against policy.”

Honestly, that was surprising and disappointing. Our table had already spent a good amount of money, and it seemed unnecessary to refuse selling a simple kids meal. If I had called in a to-go order, they likely would have sold it to me without hesitation.

It just didn’t make sense. Many people try not to waste food, and sometimes a smaller portion is all someone wants. It seems like an odd hill for a restaurant to stand on, especially when it could leave a customer walking away feeling frustrated over something so small.

Overall, the experience left me wondering why a restaurant would risk a negative review over something as simple as allowing a customer to purchase a kids meal.

Cheesecake factory. Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful staff. A good variety of choices. There was six of us. Everyone was happy with their meal. I had the carbonara which I would have enjoyed a little more creamy sauce on it. Besides that, it was an enjoyable dinner. A crazy wide variety of cheesecake choices.

The food at The Cheesecake Factory was absolutely delicious as always — everything was fresh, flavorful, and worth the price. Our waiter was very kind, attentive, and professional, which we truly appreciated.

However, the wait time was extremely long. We were quoted an hour and a half for a party of 9 adults. While we understand larger parties may require more time, the wait felt excessive. Once we were finally seated, we made it easy for our server by having all of our drink and food orders ready, hoping to help move things along.

One suggestion I would offer is for the website to provide more reservation options for parties larger than 6. It would also be helpful if additional staff were scheduled to better accommodate larger groups, especially during busy times.

Overall, the food and service from our waiter were great, but the long wait time was very upsetting and something that definitely needs improvement.
