Once the food arrived, though, it made up for some of the delay. The portions are extremely generous—perfect for sharing among the table. There’s a wide range of vegetarian options as well, which is great for mixed groups. From hearty pastas and salads to appetizers that can easily be made meat-free, vegetarians definitely won’t feel limited here.
I had visited The Cheesecake Factory a few years ago, and while the cheesecakes are still rich and satisfying, the slices seemed slightly smaller than I remembered. That said, they’re still indulgent and more than enough to satisfy a sweet tooth.
Parking is typical mall parking, so it can be a bit of a walk unless you opt for valet service. Overall, it’s a lively place with plenty of food choices, just be prepared for possible waits during busy hours.
We really enjoyed the ribeye steak and salmon grill. Also, the strawberry and mango cocktails were great.
We didn’t have time to eat cheesecake. We’ll definitely try it next time.
As always I had the classic burger. Asked for medium rare and as usual came out medium (which is great as I want medium but had so many overcooked burgers a previous server recommend I asked for medium rare!)
My wife tried the newer smash burger from their menu which was an acceptable smash burger, but doesn’t compare to the quality of their other dishes.
(And she asked for the fried onions and sauce on the side but neither came with the food. We asked for the missing items and eventually got given a few pieces of onions that were definitely not fried!)
The server in general was very slow, maybe had too many tables to look after?
And our food took 40 minutes to arrive which is a record slowness. No apology or reason given for the time it took, and the restaurant wasn’t that busy.
I definitely recommend the classic burger here, but this location seems far far slower than any other location we’ve been to.
Prices here were reasonable and typical of what to expect at Cheesecake Factory. However, our server wasn’t as enthusiastic while serving us, and seems like in a rush or not so happy.
Generally, the vibe here is good and the place exudes off a very cosy feeling. Will still recommend any Cheesecake Factory in the states if it is your first time here.
She approached us with a warm smile and an eagerness to help, making us feel immediately welcome.
Each dish that arrived was not only fresh but also bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef’s attention to detail. The vibrant presentation of the meals added to the overall dining experience, making each bite even more enjoyable.
This combination of attentive service and delicious food truly made for an excellent idea for a relaxed Friday afternoon outing.
I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a delightful way to start the weekend.
During our visit, several things went wrong:
We were charged for fries that we never received.
Both salads delivered to our table were wilted, brown, and completely inedible. (I have attached a photo of one of the salads; the other had to be discarded immediately.)
The cheesecake we received was of noticeably poor quality and was not the slice I ordered.
The most troubling part of this situation, however, came afterward. I called the restaurant the same day of the incident to speak with a manager but was unable to reach anyone. When I called again today, I spoke with an individual who identified himself as Melles. I had to ask repeatedly for the correct spelling of his name. Unfortunately, his demeanor was rude and unprofessional from the outset.
Rather than expressing concern, apologizing, or asking how he could resolve the situation, he treated me as though I were “under investigation”-his exact words. At no time did he acknowledge the inconvenience or poor quality of the food we received. When I mentioned completing a survey, he asked, dismissively, which option I preferred since “they were the same thing,” referencing the survey versus resolving the issue with him. His only proposed solution was offering a gift card to visit another location.
I have not eaten at Cheesecake Factory in over ten years, as it is not typically my restaurant of choice. After this experience, a gift card is not a suitable or acceptable resolution.
Given the quality issues with the food, being charged for items we never received, and the unprofessional customer service that followed, I am requesting a full refund for our order. I also strongly suggest that someone address the customer service concerns with the manager I spoke to, as his approach was dismissive and inappropriate.
The crowd inside was to much for me. I chose to sit outside and watch those whom walk by.
