Visited The Cheesecake Factory in Alpharetta and had a pleasantly satisfying experience. We started with the Thai Lettuce Wraps, which arrived crisp and fresh, with vibrant herbs and a trio of sauces that balanced heat and sweetness well. The portions were generous—easy to share and still feel full. We also tried the Fried Cheese; golden outside and gooey inside, it scratched that comfort-food itch without being overly greasy. Service was friendly and paced just right for a busy afternoon rush.
Drinks were a surprise: the “juice” we ordered came mixed with Sprite instead of water. At first we were unsure, but the light fizz and extra sweetness worked, and the same drink with the normal, non-fizzy flavor was also refreshing. If you’re picky, just specify what you prefer when you order.
Prices felt in line with other Alpharetta spots for the portion sizes, and the menu remains huge—great for groups with different tastes, including vegetarians. We didn’t make it to dessert this time, but the cheesecake case looked tempting for a return visit. Overall: reliable chain comfort with a few bright bites and attentive staff. Recommended for casual lunches, relaxed family dinners, or a quick snack between errands. Highly recommended.

The Cheesecake Factory – Alfarata, Atlanta, and it was a delightful experience! As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find several tasty options on the menu. I especially enjoyed the vegetarian Thai dishes, which were flavorful and satisfying.
The lettuce leaf wrap was fresh and perfectly seasoned, a light and refreshing starter. For drinks, I tried the Coconut Lemonade and the Zinger Lemonade, both of which were incredibly refreshing and complemented the meal beautifully.

Overall good experience but the food took too long to come out.
Sarah P did an excellent job of taking care of our party of 5. She was thoughtful, funny and efficient. Our drinks, bread and appetizers came out quickly and were very tasty. From there it took at least 30 minutes to get our entrees. They were generally good but none of them felt like they just came out piping hot – it’s more like bad coordination on things getting done. Several of the plates were super hot – indicating they sat under a heat lamp waiting on something.
It’s hard to recommend this place because I can’t think of a time that I haven’t had some kind of issue here.

I came in on a Monday night just wanting to unwind, but I was met with an immediate lack of basic sanitation and professional service. The bar area was filthy and reeked of old food, and I was handed a menu covered in grime. When I requested a clean one and pointed out the mess, the bartender became defensive and essentially ‘iced me out’ for the rest of my visit, refusing to offer even a simple wine recommendation.
The manager was just as avoidant, failing to address the service breakdown or the fact that as a Black woman, I was being treated as invisible while others around me received prompt, friendly attention. To make matters worse, the Jamaican Pepper Black Shrimp I ordered came with rice that was so hard it was inedible. Between the ‘suburban freeze’ attitude, the profiling, and the poor food quality, I skipped dessert and left.

Brought my mom here while she was visiting me in Atlanta and we had such a wonderful experience! The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home from the start. Our food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from The Cheesecake Factory. I ordered the Cheeseburger Au Jus and it was probably the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. My mom loved her meal as well, and of course we had to finish with dessert. Overall, it was such a great experience that my mom and I already decided we’ll be coming back here the next time she visits. Highly recommend!

Though we have been to North Point Mall multiple times, we decided to try Cheesecake Factory for a special occasion today which was in our bucket list for long time. Well, food was awesome. Menu had simple and variety of choices, we went for Seafoods and had best Fish and Chips in town. Salmon out of kids meal was good too, nicely cooked and can feel the taste of Salmon, which my son liked it along with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Factory Nachos plate was huge and loaded, it was great. Mocktails were refreshing too.
I would have given a 5 star if the service was a little better. Waiter was in a hurry and was not much courteous, we have to rush
through the menu and picked from the top.

Took my visual team out for lunch. We had an excellent server. When you go there ask for Tina. She is fantastic. Everyone have leftover to take home. Their cheesecake is delicious. Would highly recommend them.

We ordered a birthday cake ( tuxedo cheesecake-10 in) for my son which we specifically mentioned not to pre-cut it since it was a birthday cake. But cheesecake cake factory gave us a pre-cut cake without even calling us in advance saying that the cake will be pre- cut. Otherwise i would have cancelled my order knowing its pre- cut. When we went to pick the cake that time the service lady is saying that the cake is already pre- cut when i had already booked and already paid in advance and specifically mentioned not to cut. My son was Very disappointed that his birthday cake was already precut. Bad service by cheesecake. Will never buy a birthday cake from here.

One of my absolute favorite go-to favorite places to dine. People are always friendly and the food is always good. Especially the honey garlic roasted carrots I love how they have many options like a regular or if you’re on a diet, they have a diet menu even in there dessert section. This place is good if you want to dine by yourself, bring a date or have a party. Prices are good for the portions that you get.
