It’s our first time here. We had a reservation for 7:15 but we were seated at 7:40. The woman receptionist seems to be disoriented. I know there are tons of customers waiting to be seated and checked in but she did not do her job well. She seems to be somewhere and just wants to disappear. But our waiter was awesome! Always asking if we need something else. Food arrived almost after an hour. That’s okay for us because we are still kind of full from lunch.

We had a okay experience at the Cheesecake Factory. We went on a Sunday evening and they were able to get us in pretty quick considering it was the weekend. The manager came over and told us that they were extremely busy and was very accommodating to us. Outside of that, the overall atmosphere was not that welcoming. The meals were also okay. I wish I could say more but we were not impressed with our visit.

My dad, older son, and I went here Monday afternoon around 2 ish for a late lunch. They have lunch specials served until 5 pm. They also have some all day breakfast you can pick from. My dad got the shepherd’s pie and he had plenty to take home for a second meal. My son got the loaded cheddar burger…. under the Glamburgers section on the menu. I got the Pasta lunch special that was the Chicken Chipotle one… was yummy! It had a sweet taste at first, with a little spice… but not too spicy… was really good and not overwhelming at all. I added a Ceasars salad to my lunch meal as well for a lil extra. I had half a salad to take home for later, as well as half of my pasta. We were sadly too full to order cheesecake at this visit; however, I have had their cheesecake on different visits and it does not disappoint! There is a White Chocolate Raspberry one that is mouth watering. I also love their Smores one. So many different flavors and options for cheesecake. It is located in Haywood mall, but you do not have to go in the main part of the mall, as they have their own entry…. which is nice. Parking was a bit of a pain and we had to walk a bit, but walking is good exercise for you LOL We did not wait for a table and were seated right away. Waitress was patient with us when we did not what we wanted to order for a good 10 minutes or so LOL because there are just sooo many options to choose from. We enjoyed our dine in experience and would return again for sure!

We had the Asian lettuce tacos, farfalle pasta, and the Chipotle chicken pasta. All the food was amazing! Service, however, was disappointing. We hardly ever saw our server. The bartender ended up catering to what we needed (mostly for drinks).

What can we say… its the Cheesecake Factory. We were away on family vacation and decided to dine. The wait for our food was long. Our waiter clearly was disengaged because he was so busy. The food was ok. The family enjoyed it.

We went to the Haywood Mall location on 2/18/2023. I had made a reservation WEEKS in advance for a table @ 5 p.m. , so be mindful that if your planning on wanting to enjoy a dinner here on the weekends. It books up fast!!!! Wait time, without a reservation on this particular Saturday, was up to 2 – 2 ½ hours. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our reserved table. We were seated & had placed our drink/appetizers/entrées orders by 5:23 p.m. PLACE WAS PACKED! To go orders were lining up along with the in house orders. We waited 20 minutes for our appetizers. Then another 15 for our entrées to be brought to the table. Food was AMAZING as expected. Large portions. Could definitely be split with someone else, for me, that is. Others enjoy the large portions. I have zero complaints about our visit. It was one of the best Saturday evenings out I’ve had in a while! Once the meals were out the way, it was time for the most important part of the evening….. CHEESECAKE ♥️ They have SOOOOOO many options. Everything looked so delicious, it was honestly hard for me to decide because I do not discriminate when it comes to cheesecake flavors. The Oreo Extreme, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet, Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake, Fresh Strawberry, Mango Key Lime Pie, Dulce De Leche Caramel Cheesecake & MANY more. It took me the 24 minutes of standing in line to order, just to decide on what I was bringing home. I waited 13 minutes after ordering, to receive my ever-so-perfect Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake & Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake. Ever bit of deliciousness I saw with my eyes, my taste buds got to enjoy as well. Everything was worth the time & money spent! I will be returning for my birthday this year, even tho this location isn’t involved with the birthday rewards program.
