We sat outside and had great service. Good area for people watching. On the small bites menu we got the brie on crostinis. Not much cheese and soggy from so much butter. Totally overpriced and would not get again. The chicken satay thai chicken salad was delicious. Generous portion of chicken, huge salad, and wonderfull dressing. Enough for 2 to split. Love this restaurant.

We had a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory! The menu is huge and everything we tried was delicious. Portions are very generous, and of course the cheesecakes are amazing with so many flavors to choose from. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was lively and comfortable. A great place for lunch, dinner, or dessert we will definitely come back!

About a 20 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon in January. Waiters were fast to come by and take drink orders/bring bread. Still a very large an diverse menu. Ordered the chicken & waffles, mac n cheese (kids meal, beet salad, the cauliflower orange chicken and skinny margarita. Everything was really delicious.
We finished off with cheesecake: cookie dough and chocolate mousse. None of us really liked the cookie dough but the chocolate mousse was good.
Would come back again! Food was good, fast and friendly service, nice shopping location.

The Cheesecake Factory in Huntersville is always a great experience. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the food is consistently excellent. There are so many great options on the menu, and everything we’ve tried has been really good. It’s a solid go-to spot for a great meal. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+++++++ Had the orange chicken and crab rangoons as an appetizer. The crab rangoons are honestly an award winner. They tasted enen better warmed up today. Order one for the table and one to go!! You will thank me and them!! Also had grilled teriyaki salmon specially made and was DELICIOUS. The rice was delicious! Our waitress Tierani B. was AMAZING and all the servers were polite and the food came out promptly. It was an easy and happy atmosphere!!!!

Fantastic Birthday dinner! Yummy dishes and drinks! My server was overwhelmed with tables and was unable to keep our drinks filled. I would have order another round but she was working on other tables. (That’s the world we live in) the food was amazing. I’m somewhat disappointed that this location didn’t offer a slice of cheesecake on the house for my birthday but $10.50 wasn’t a horrible price for how indulgent it was!

We really enjoyed our dinner! The food was amazing, and the service provided by Tammy C was absolutely outstanding. And the drinkssss — so delicious!! We did have to wait about 45 minutes, but it was totally worth it, and the place was very crowded, so it wasn’t anyone’s fault. The only real downside was that the bathroom was quite dirty. That said, I want to say it again: the drinks, the service, and the food were amazing!

Celebrated my Bday with my kids. My rib eye steak was cooked to a perfect temp(medium) then the cheesecake came out. If you’ve had it here before you already know. I felt like a kid eating it. Never disappointed with the classic strawberry cheesecake

“We just moved to the area and were excited to visit one of our favorite spots. While the cheesecake remains delicious—specifically the Pineapple Upside Down and Strawberry—the rest of the meal was a massive letdown. My usual favorites, the Gumbo and Macaroni and Cheese, were dissatisfying and lacked freshness. Even the bread and French fries were stale and hard. When spending $80 on a meal, you expect quality and freshness, but most of this went uneaten. We were really looking forward to this, but unfortunately, the food just didn’t taste fresh.”

We were seated right away. There was a bit of a wait for our server to come get our drink order. The bread was cold and hard. Our entrees were delicious! Perfect blend of ingredients! Our slice of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was the cherry on top!
