Parking at the mall is a nightmare, so have your patience ready to take the wheel. We had no issues once we got into the restaurant. Kwanita was our server and is AMAZING. Our food arrived quickly and was great. We always order way too much food, so we have leftovers for days. As always, the cheesecake is the best part.

It was my first time visiting The Cheesecake Factory in Raleigh. I called in the morning to make a reservation, and they told me to do it online. I tried several times and finally managed to make one. Then I called again to confirm and asked if we could change it from 6 people to 10. They said it was fine.
We had the reservation for 11:00 AM, but unfortunately, we didn’t get seated until 12:15 PM — even though we booked in advance and called twice. That part was really disappointing and made me wonder why we even bothered making a reservation.
Once we finally sat down, things got better. Our server was absolutely amazing — super friendly, attentive, and the best part of the whole experience. I asked him to surprise me with a non-alcoholic drink, and it was delicious!
For my meal, I ordered the steak. It was okay — a bit dry for my taste, but the mashed potatoes were really good. The prices were on the higher side, especially with the gratuity already added to the bill.
Parking was easy since there’s plenty of parking at the mall.
Overall, the food was decent, service was excellent, but the long wait despite a reservation really affected the experience.

The Cheesecake Factory in Raleigh is always a convenient choice—checking in and then wandering the mall makes the wait easy. The extensive menu has plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, and we almost always over-order. The Korean cauliflower wings are a guaranteed hit, and while the portions are huge, everything is delicious. My Vegan Cobb salad was hearty and fresh, and the Impossible Burger was surprisingly satisfying. The nachos were a bit underwhelming, though we were probably already stuffed. Overall, it’s a reliable crowd-pleaser, and the kids always have a great time.

Excellent every time we eat here. Got 4 stars because this last time the floor was wet and slippery in the back area where the employees go back and forth near the bathrooms. The food was hot & delicious. Our waiter was very attentive.

I drove from Fayetteville to eat here and although the service was good when my server ,Derrick, brought me my receipt it already stated that I was a rewards member but I did not provide him my number. I could understand if he asked if I was a member and I said no then proceeded to use his number but doing it off the back is taking away from my customized rewards. Before I left I asked the manager to put in my number and he did it for me. Customers shouldn’t have to do this

This was actually my very 1st dining experience with The Cheesecake Factory. TBH, I was slightly overwhelmed with the menu as it came in a spiral bound book. The were SO MANY options to choose from.
Our party of three was greeted at the hostess station, promptly escorted to our seats and within 1 minute, our server came over and introduced herself.
Drinks, appetizers and food were all prepared very well. I LOVE the atmosphere with lighting that was bright but not harsh. The portions were generous and the server was attentive and quite familiar with the menu, providing insights and recommendations for our meal. It waa an overall enjoyable dining experience.
100% would consider dining here again.

Food is plain and doesn’t have any flavor. Its so expensive. The only good part was the cheesecake. Our cups were dirty we had to send them back more than once.

Used to be my daughter’s favorite place to dine at Crabtree.
Not any longer!!
Sat down to dirty silverware on the table. (see pic). Server didn’t remove dirty silverware until he was asked to do so; after the appetizer was served.
Server took 4/5 minutes to greet us.
We ordered the Mac & Cheese balls for an appetizer.
Didn’t get the bread till after the appetizer was delivered at the table.
When we received our entree’s, my daughter’s plate had an eyelash hair on it. Gross!!!!
And her plate was dirty with something she didn’t order!
The Chicken Romano I ordered had so much breading, it was thicker than the chicken breast.
The plate edges were not wiped before being served.
Service was hit or miss.
Only checked on us as the plates were being served by a different server.
(I’ve worked in a restaurant and understand that other people have to deliver food due to being so busy, but it wasnt that busy).
For the amount paid, over $120.00 for 3; we really expected better food n service!!!

Hello Sunshines
Every time I go here I get a different experience of not so good food . I keep giving tries but this time it was my last time . I had the chicken bowl & the chicken had no flavor . It felt like I was just eating plain chicken bites . The corn and green beans were flavorful . My prices are extremely expensive for a small amount of food . I’m definitely disappointed with this company because with the price of the food it should have better quality. Let’s not talk about how expensive the cheesecake are . I want be back !!
