We came to the Cheesecake Factory to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We signed up for the rewards program a few weeks before going, so she was able to redeem a free cheesecake slice for her birthday. By being a rewards member, we were also able to reserve a table in advance, so we reserved a table for three at 5:00 pm. We parked across the street since parking is a little slim close to the actual restaurant. Our server was Emily, who brought an amazing energy and really made the experience special! For the table, we ordered the Fried Macaroni and Cheese appetizer. I ordered the Chicken Tenders, which came with Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Buttered Corn, and Dipping Sauces. The dipping sauces were barbecue, honey mustard, and ranch. My sister ordered the Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. While we waited, we got a couple of baskets of bread, which were delightful. The appetizer came next, and the Fried Macaroni and Cheese was absolutely amazing. The Creamy Marinara Sauce that comes with it is amazing, and we used the leftover sauce on the bread. We waited a little longer for our food, which came out hot and fresh, and tasted amazing. The chicken tenders were amazing, and they gave so many! The honey mustard was actually really good, and I am not typically a mustard person. The ranch was good, too. I did not love the barbecue sauce. My sister’s dish was excellent as well- she had gotten it before, but there’s a reason she got it again. The chicken was nicely seasoned and juicy. Emily brought out a little birthday dessert as well, which was so nice! We waited again to place the birthday slice order to-go, and we ordered the Oreo® Dream Extreme Cheesecake. It did not survive the ride home, so it looked a little broken when I finally got a picture of it, but it tasted amazing. Overall, we had a good experience here. We spent about 1.5 hours here which is a little longer than I would have liked, but the atmosphere was nice and we enjoyed our time together.

Amazing! Me and my friends attended The Cheesecake Factory for her birthday today and it was amazing! The service was fantastic we had a large group and they were very quick, accurate, and accommodating. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I got the Chicken and Waffles, and such a simple dish it was so amazing!!! The chicken was juicy and crispy and fresh, the waffle was so perfect. it was almost tender and perfectly balanced. My expectations were mild but by experience exceeded expectations. I’d love to come again and am looking forward to trying more of the extensive menu.

Enjoyed a lovely meal here recently. Emily was our server and she was beyond fabulous.
The restaurant is located in a area called Town Center. There are several restaurants, shops, and parking in the area.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was amazing. We were seated immediately upon arrival with no reservations. All the food was delicious and came out hot.
The only tidbit I had is we were seated in a booth and the space was very tight not leaving much room between a person and the table.
Will definitely return in the future

We had an amazing experience! The food was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake was truly exceptional — rich, creamy, and just the right sweetness. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

We celebrated my son’s 18th, we had a fantastic time and our server was absolutely incredible. Food was delicious!!! We had pepperoni pizza fettuccine Alfredo, Asian lettuce wraps. Everyone got cheesecake for dessert. Was great for family event and huge.

Grilled salmon (on a garden salad) was tepid. Pasta was tepid. Chicken parm pizza was acceptable.
Kid’s corn dog was … well, I didn’t taste them.
Why do they serve each entree separately? The first two people are just sitting there, waiting for the third person’s meal. The entrees weren’t even hot, so what’s the difference?

Had a fantastic dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory! The food came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated.
I ordered the chicken dish with mashed potatoes and asparagus (photo #1), and it was cooked perfectly juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor with a rich sauce that paired so well with the creamy mashed potatoes.
We also tried the shrimp and plantains dish with rice, beans, and pineapple salsa (photo #2). The seasoning was spot on, the shrimp were tender, and the sweet plantains balanced the savory flavors perfectly. The black beans and rice were hearty and authentic tasting.
On top of that, the service was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was to our liking. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and high quality.
Definitely one of my favorite visits to Cheesecake Factory, and I’ll be back again soon!

Asian Chicken Lettuce Wrap Tacos is my go to. They taste delicious and very light on the tummy. The red chili sauce gives it a burst of flavor paired with strawberry lemonade and a slice of strawberry cheesecake. So yummy
