Food was absolutely wonderful and was made very well! Everything tasted super fresh! My wife got the cajun shrimp pasta and I got the spicy vodka chicken rigatoni! Our server Omar was amazing and went above and beyond for us! He was incredibly helpful and kind, and created a very welcoming atmosphere! Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Overall a very enjoyable experience with amazing food and great customer service!

We had a solid meal at The Cheesecake Factory, with a good mix of flavors and portions that worked well for both adults and kids.
We started with the ahi tuna and shrimp ceviche, which was fresh and well-balanced. The fish tasted clean, the citrus wasn’t overpowering, and the crunch from the accompaniments tied it together nicely. It felt light but still satisfying as a starter.
For the kids, the cheese pizza was simple and exactly what you’d expect. Soft crust, plenty of melted cheese, and nothing overly greasy. It’s a dependable option when you need something kid-friendly without thinking too hard.
The orange chicken with rice was rich and comforting. The sauce was glossy and sweet with just enough tang, and the chicken stayed crispy underneath. Paired with the rice, it was filling and hit that classic takeout-style craving.
The miso salmon was the standout. The salmon was cooked well, flaky and tender, with a savory-sweet miso glaze that paired nicely with the rice. It felt like a more balanced entrée without sacrificing flavor.

Pricey for sure. Bathrooms were super gross, paper all over the floor and pee all over and under the urinal. Our server was super nice and pleasant, actually all of the employees were super nice. The food was ok, portions were big so everyone was full it’s just the flavor of everything was just ok, nothing to knock your socks off.

Please make reservation if you plan to go on the weekends because it’s always busy on the weekends.
Some employees are nice but some got attitudes, especially some hosts got poker faces, it’s like they hate seeing customers coming. So, if administrators are reading this please kindly tell some hosts/receptionists to smile little bit.
Food is good, not spicy so if you want spicy food, ask for hot sauce.
I really love their avocado egg roll, that’s our favorite. We also like BBQ korean chicken bowl, chicken Katsu bowl, jambalaya pasta. And of course their cheesecakes, my favorite is tiramisu cheesecake.

We had a fabulous time today from beginning to end. I called ahead and made a reservation unsure of if the weather was going to have others out like us. We arrived on time and were promptly shown to our table.
Our server was Tiara T. and she was wonderful.
Everything came out quick, fast and hot. I was afraid to try the Cajun jambalaya pasta because all of the reviews trashed it. Because the majority of them were at least 7 years old I asked tiara and she said it was good and it was. Super flavorful well cooked obviously good portion size for the price. I’m so excited to still have leftovers it was really that good. The seasoning surprised me I expected it to be a tad watered down and it wasn’t at all. We also got the calamari which came with a tartar sauce and an interesting red sauce that didn’t quite taste like cocktail sauce. You could taste the horseradish and it had a slight sweetness to it maybe it was maybe it wasn’t but it was delicious. Overall my family had a wonderful time there and while we might not be back often because it’s an hour away we will come back looking for the same great service Tiara provided.
Ps – Of course we left with cheesecake – 1 key lime pie and 2 originals

We stopped by The Cheesecake Factory at Potomac Mills Mall during our visit.
Overall, most of the food was too salty for our taste, but these two dishes were decent and enjoyable.
One disappointing part was the service.
Our server offered us the complimentary bread only after our food had already been served and we were well into our meal, which felt quite late and awkward.
It was an okay experience, but the food seasoning and service timing could definitely be improved.

This place was once one of our favorites. Maybe we caught them on a bad night??? I got the spicy Louisiana pasta with chicken. The pasta had no sauce on it, just oil and spices. The chicken was really good though. My wife got the bang bang chicken and told them to HOLD the shrimp…they did not. I was finished eating by the time they brought the correct dish. The last thing, the music being played at full volume. We couldn’t even have a conversation. It is normally loud at the host/hostess stand but on this night it was jarring throughout the entire place. No exaggeration, our ears were ringing as if we had just left a concert.

Went with reservation around 1:30, had to wait like 2-5 mins for my table, under my table were thrown napkins and when i mention to the waitress who sit us she just ignored me. Music was a little loud for me, could hear but felt like i had to yell to speak.

I did a pick up order on 12/27. I ordered the Orange Chicken and was surprised to find shrimp in the dish. While I thankfully don’t have a seafood allergy, this could have been a serious issue for someone who does. It’s really concerning and points to a lack of attention in the kitchen, whether it’s cross-contamination or a mix-up during preparation. Restaurants—especially ones as well-known as The Cheesecake Factory—need to be much more mindful of how dishes are prepared and what’s going into them. Food safety and accuracy matter, and this experience was disappointing.

We’ve been to this Cheesecake Factory many times but today was by far our worst experience. We were greeted by another server because the person assigned to our table was for some reason unavailable, which was fine except the assigned server continued to be mostly unavailable. Ordered drinks and an appetizer. Drinks were fine, appetizer took far longer than normal and had clearly been sitting under the warmer for a long time because avocados don’t turn brown that quickly. We took one bite and sent it back because it was inedible, not at all like normal. Food was mixed at best. One meal was ok, kids food was kids food, but the fish tacos were inedible primarily because of the tortilla itself, raw and gluey. Overall disappointing and a giant waste of money. At least we didn’t have to pay for the appetizer we didn’t eat.
