We came here for my SIL birthday and it was fantastic! The service was amazing and the atmosphere was so calm and comfortable. Featured photos are: Fettuccine Alfredo (slightly undercooked but delicious nontheless) , Herb Crusted Filet of Salmon, Sweet Corn, Childs Chicken Tenders and Fries (with ketchup and ranch), Margarita Flatbread, Adam’s Peanut Butter Fudge Cheesecake, Strawberry Cheesecake, Red Velvet Cheesecake, and the birthday girls oreo cheesecake! I enjoyed this location much more than the Columbia, MD location where we couldn’t finish our food even. Highly recommend! Very kind staff ☺️

The service was okay, we had nice waitress. The night we went was very busy! We had to wait for a table for about 20 minutes. The hostess/ greeter was nice. I just didn’t like when the manager or assistant manager was very rude & annoyed when I asked the hostess can we move to a booth near by us instead of sitting at a family table with people who was have a family gathering at the table where we was at…. The lady “ it’s dirty, it’s dirty! I respond oh it dirty, it’s your job to Wipe it down. No rebuttal. Walked away as she should because I am not the one to be combative with at all in general, especially if I had asked in a respectful manner. The hostess that I was asking said we will wipe it down for you. I said ok thank you. I do prefer anyone to make reservations before come unexpectedly. The pasta I had could have more Alfredo sauce.

My wife and I went to the Kunta Kinte Festival in Annapolis, held at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and decided to have lunch at the Cheesecake Factory in Annapolis Mall. We always have a great time at all the Cheesecake Factory locations we visit and this one was no different. Excellent service from our server, food prepared perfectly and there’s always great background music being played. My wife had the Steak Medallions and I had the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I must say it’s better here than many Italian restaurants I’ve patronized.

Loved it, the restaurant was packed with graduation students.The atmosphere was fantastic. Food was out fast, considering how busy it was, and tasted great. We had flatbread pizzas, and they were super tasty. The cocktails were amazing. Our waitress was polite,friendly, and very informative. The restaurant itself was super clean and the best super clean toilets I have been in to. Spotless!!! Bravo. Loved the entire experience. I can’t wait to go back.

08/31/2025-The host, waiyers and staff were wonderful. The food was delicious. Seating took about five minutes. The dessert was delicious. Yum Yum Yum love the decor love the atmosphere. Had a wonderful eating experience at cheesecake factory today.!

The dry noodle carbonara for dinner please . Like why isn’t there and sauce? Why is the chicken dryer than the Mojave desert? I’d also love to know why bacon was used instead of pancetta. I also had to put some Rao’s sauce from my pantry on my kids spaghetti because their noodles were also lacking seasoning and sauce. What happened with the chefs tonight nobody knows except must have been laziness. (Gave yall another chance last night 29jan2026) and again the pasta dish was terrible. I ordered the Cajun jambalaya and again completely disappointed. Chicken was over cooked and rubbery. There was no sauce or seasoning yet again. Tasted like they sprinkled chili oil over the pasta and called it a day. I don’t think the pasta was boiled in salted water either. Zero flavor with heat wasn’t my expectation.

The food was great, as always – a little bit smaller servings (like everywhere else, I guess). The waiter was super nice, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant is always loud because it’s so busy, but it’s an energetic loud, not an irritating loud (at least for us). The men’s restroom needed some serious attention (and looked like it had been that way for awhile) when I went before dinner, and hadn’t gotten any better when I went again after dinner (the only negative part of our visit). Overall, a nice dinner.

The Cheesecake Factory at Annapolis Mall has a welcoming atmosphere and a huge menu with something for everyone. I usually stick to the veggie or vegan burger, but this time I decided to try something different and went with an Asian noodle dish—it didn’t disappoint! The flavors were bold and satisfying. Overall, the food was decent, though not everything on the menu is a hit. The service was good, but a bit slow, likely due to how busy the location tends to be. Still, the staff members were polite and professional. It’s a convenient spot if you’re shopping at the mall and want a familiar place to grab a bite, especially if you’re craving cheesecake or a wide range of options.

Service was great until we weren’t ready to go the minute we were finished. I’ve been to Manny Cheesecake locations it always the same I know that it must be from the top down to turn tables over as quickly as possible. I will not be rushed out because you want to make another tip. The food was good of course the place is beautiful. High spirited Vibe I had the Louisiana chicken always a favorite and my friend had the Salmon both were good and we had drinks. STOP RUSHING GUEST so beware as soon as you eat they want you out bad policy.
