Decent food, but chicken was burnt and lacked flavor. The alfredo could’ve used more chicken, especially the price you paying. Bathrooms definitely need a bathroom attendant; no tissue, toilet seat covers, or no soap. They lack enthusiasm for birthday’s, no singing or nothing, just blah.

We stopped here for lunch while out shopping. The restaurant itself was beautiful, but the service is sub-par and unimpressive for the price point. Seating didn’t take long but the hostess was rather blunt when we asked for a booth. By contrast, our server was friendly enough, but I couldn’t find her for the life of me, and we stayed parched.
Autumn and I both ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken; not quite *Italiana*, but still pretty good. Had some fries to munch on while we waited for that to come out, and a carrot cake to go. If I based our experience on the dessert alone, it would have likely garnered a higher rating.
All in all, not sure if we’d come here often, but it may be worth giving another chance.

I ordered the shepherd’s pie yesterday through DoorDash and the meat was basically raw in the middle. As a pregnant woman, that’s a big safety concern and completely unacceptable. I had to call the restaurant 5–6 times just to get through the line. I understand being busy, but food should never be served raw regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Very disappointed.

I loved the touch of the orchid flower in my drink. Atmosphere was great. Cheesecake left some to be wanted in terms of freshness but whatever the dessert lacked the service was incredible.

Really kind Service and really good cheesecake. What more do you need? What did you go here expecting? It’s a cheesecake factory. It’s in a mall. The mall is super confusing. I’m not sure how I feel about the pseudo Egypt Vegas decor of the place, but I don’t have to know how I’m feeling. I just eat the cheesecake. Nice to sit at a high top in the bar and have a slice of cheesecake and think about the world.

The food was great.We had an amazing waiter! The bathroom was spacey. But it only had three stalls. I had chicken wings. they were crispy. I also got the pineapple cherry limeade it. It felt like I was sucking a bottle of Hershey’s syrup. Our waitresses name was KAE and she was great. They also had a number of cheesecake choices I would definitely come back.

I am absolutely certain that the food is amazing. However seating of my team party of 14ppl was horrible. We arrived 1:45p were just being seated @ 3:32 pm. Kept being told 45 more minutes. Only has 2 servers got 4 tables.

It’s been a long time since my last visit to Cheesecake Factory and the menu has changed quite a bit. They now have Cajun dishes like gumbo for example. It was way better than I expected it to be. Some things are still staples such as the Thai lettuce wraps. Loved em as a kid and thankfully nothing has changed, they still taste great! Ended our meal with Oreo Cheesecake and it’s just as how I remembered it.
My only gripe is how busy the Towson location is. I know it’s good for their bottom line but the wait was very long. There’s an option to make a reservation but you have to download their app and participate in a membership program where you can earn points. I don’t go there often enough for that to be beneficial so we just waited the hour for a table to free up. Based on the wait alone I wouldn’t go back. There’s so many other restaurants that participate in normal reservation apps like Open Table and Resy. When we finally got sat down and ordered apps they took a long time to come out of the kitchen. Then the entrees came immediately afterwards before we even finished the starters so we had a table full of food and no place to put anything. It just felt like the stereotypical “too busy” restaurant operating in disarray trying to rush everything to seat the next group of people.
Food was pretty good. No one complained about anything they ate but at the end of the day it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with parking and the long wait (without a reservation).

The service and food were good. We got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, salmon entree, fried shrimp and fries, truffle honey chicken and steak Diane and salmon combo. They were all mostly delicious and the portions were generous. I have mixed feelings about the truffle honey chicken, I’m not sure I would order it again.
The food took some time to come out but it was a pretty busy Friday evening. Otherwise I would return. I love the variety of menu choices at cheesecake, always has good options.
