Service from the entry was amazing, quick meeting. Our server Adrian did an amazing job assisting and serving. Now the food – Louisiana Shrimp (not photographed) was amazing along with Parmesan truffle fries. Now the eggs Benedict was cold and flavorless, the fried chicken could use more salt before the fry and once out of the oil for a more salty and sweet feel. French toast was pretty good but watch out for the char! Could over power the overall taste. Homestyle potato were crispy but lack flavor, could have added garlic or even a Parmesan butter to enhance the flavor. Overall food was a 5/10 for me – Service was a 10/10. Atmosphere was good, great music and just good vibes 9/10. Wasn’t my best meal but a good win for the hospitality.

We stopped by The Cheesecake Factory to pick up desserts and enjoyed them at home — and it was such a perfect treat! Even though we didn’t dine in, the experience was still great, and the cheesecakes were absolutely delicious.
I chose the Chocolate Caramelicious cheesecake with Snickers, and it was incredible — rich, creamy, perfectly chocolatey, with just the right amount of caramel and crunch. Every bite was indulgent and satisfying. My husband went with a low-sweetness cheesecake, and it was equally amazing — smooth, balanced, and not overpowering at all, which made it perfect to enjoy without feeling too heavy.
Both cheesecakes were fresh, beautifully made, and clearly high quality. We loved being able to bring them home and enjoy a cozy dessert night — it felt like a little celebration in itself.
If you’re looking for amazing desserts to enjoy either in the restaurant or at home, The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints. We will definitely be back for more sweet moments like this!

The Cheesecake Factory was a nice way to spend an afternoon after shopping. I ordered the rice cakes topped with crab and the New Orleans Cajun Shrimp with Creole sauce over toasted bread, and everything was delicious. The ambiance was great relaxed and welcoming. Nick provided excellent service, and the restaurant was clean and immaculate. Overall, a wonderful experience

I completed an order online. Went to the store to pick it up. They couldn’t find my order. Staff came back and shared someone took my order. They offered to remake it; which was fine since it would have only needed 5 minutes per the staff.
I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. Went home and the pasta was not good. It felt stale and not fresh. The shrimp had a rubbery texture.
Very disappointed with the food, the services, and lack of organization to keep customers in order. It felt hectic with a crowd of people, and no one to guide folks where to stand or what to do.

Came in on our way home from a trip outta town for lunch. Food was delicious. The orange chicken over white rice was fantastic. Chicken was just rite moist, flavor, home run! My girlfriend ordered the lettuce wraps, a tried and true go to for her. She too thoroughly enjoyed her meal. Staff was friendly and we were seated quickly on a busy Friday afternoon. We’ve dined at this Cheesecake Factory many times. Food, staffs & service have always been pretty good here. This is one of the restaurants that our kids requested to go for dinner, so that’s good! They all love the fried Mac & Cheese Balls! Our first time trying the Korean Fried Cauliflower appetizer was also very good! Their menu has so many selections that it caters to all types of diners! Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. ️

It was delicious! From the drinks to the dessert! Brussels are always a big winner here! I did think the 2 person tables were a bit close to each other- felt like you were sitting in a strangers lap, but otherwise, and great lunch date! Service was good, and the wait was minimal (3pmish).

Dined in for Anniversary everything was great…only issue was the parking was paid parking, or walking from a distance in the non-paid parking. The staff, food and experience I’d give 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The paid parking issue was just unexpected.

I’m not sure how many Cheesecake Factory reviews I’ll do but no matter where I’m at, I’d this dining establishment is an option I’m there. We popped in here to grab lunch and I got my most favorite item on the menu, the Chicken Parmesan “Pizza Style” and it was still great. Our appetizer was the Hot Spinach and Cheese Dip, added a Caesar salad and life was grand. Everything was good per usual.

This place was packed and we waited almost 2 hours to be seated. After being seated service was amazing and so was the food. The mozzarella sticks and street corn was highlights of my night. 10 out 10. Took rhe whole family and we enjoyed. Just a little too much people for my liking.
