Cheesecake Factory consistently has amazing food no matter what you get. The menu is very extensive and it’s all amazing. There is even a lunch special with slightly smaller portions available weekdays until 5 pm.

Just had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in King of Prussia and the bartender, Brooke, was amazing. She made me a coconut margarita that was honestly the best I’ve ever had. I haven’t been to a Cheesecake Factory in a while and was visiting PA. I usually order the hibachi steak, but it’s no longer on the menu. Brooke, who also loved it, suggested the steak Diane instead and it was delicious.
She was incredible the whole time. She was working the service bar, banging out ticket after ticket, and still managed to be attentive, bring out our food, place everything perfectly, check on us, and make great drinks.

Great atmosphere and decor. One of the best looking cheesecake restaurants. Very clean and organized. Plentiful menu options. I would definitely recommend going to this location. I had reservations and it does get very busy.

Love this place. The food never disappoints or the service. I ordered lettuce wrap Asian tacos YUM. Our server was attentive and always passing by not stopping.

My wife and I came here today and had a great experience. The place is very clean and well-kept. Our waitress, Kayla, was friendly and outgoing. Even though she was handling multiple tables, she made sure everyone was taken care of and didn’t miss a beat. She’s excellent at multitasking.
The food was delicious, and overall, we had a really enjoyable time.

This place never fails to perform. Waitress was very kind and recommended a plate when I had questions. Plates were sizable, tasty, and diverse. Possibly the widest menu you will ever see, both for entrees and desserts. Cheesecakes were by no surprise phenomenal as well. Was some slight waiting, but that is to be expected in a place as popular as this. Great location in the KOP mall, and options for outdoor seating. Will be coming back.

First thing I noticed was the smell when I entered, it wasn’t good. The hostess seemed miserable and stressed probably due to poor management. We waited too long to be seated, over an hour when we were told it would be 45 minutes. Walking to the table I noticed that the restaurant wasn’t being cleaned correctly, the lighting was low so I can’t imagine what it looks like well lit. I then realized what the smell was after that. My family was excited to be there so I kept it to myself but I had lost my appetite quickly. We finally ordered after waiting too long again. The excitement was gone when the food arrived. Not one of my family members was happy, that’s all I’ll say. I believe this restaurant has management issues that aren’t being addressed and it probably needs a renovation to clean it up. I wouldn’t recommend dining here at all. I didn’t take any pictures because I didn’t want to ruin my family’s experience by complaining but others do take pictures of their food that you can see. Go take a look then ask yourself if it looks good to you.

I attempted to dine here last night with a party of eight to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, and we arrived at 8:30 PM. As soon as I mentioned the size of our party, the staff seemed visibly annoyed. We were only planning to order appetizers, so it wasn’t going to be a large or complicated order.
The manager working on Sunday evening, March 1, also appeared irritated and, in an unfriendly tone, told us we could either be seated separately or wait 45 minutes. This was confusing because there was no crowd in the lobby. In fact, it was empty except for a few people picking up takeout orders.
Due to the rude and unwelcoming attitude, I chose to take my hard earned money elsewhere. We ended up celebrating at another restaurant where we were treated kindly and received great customer service.
In today’s economy, you would think businesses would appreciate customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
