I was truly inspired that I asked for the birthday cheesecake and after showing them that my birthday was on 11/10 I was told it expired 11/17/25. I had just got back from my cousins funeral in Rhode Island seems that Cheesecake Factory had no empathy. It’s not about the 12 dollars for the birthday reward cheesecake it was more like a heartfelt gesture. I did get the cheesecake, the one I paid for, actually ordered 2 for the family. They should have understood my situation. That I’m still grieving. Food was delicious and the server JR was very nice. The manager should have been told my situation and giving me my complimentary cheesecake would have been a touching gesture.

After running errands all day and you just want something decent to eat. There is always Cheesecake Factory. This Cheesecake Factory stays busy and a busy restaurant in my opinion is always a good sign. We got the egg roll sampler to start. Normally I enjoy the sampler but this time it was just okay. My favorite egg roll is the avocado egg roll. My mom ordered a tropical mimosa and of course I had to try it. It wasn’t too bad. This time around I tried the Korean fried chicken and it was decent but I don’t think I’ll order it again. My sister had the spicy rigatoni vodka and I had that dish before and it was delicious. So I definitely recommend the spicy rigatoni vodka. Overall my experience at this Cheesecake Factory is always good and the service is always good as well. The only thing I will say that I didn’t enjoy was how loud the music was in the restaurant and how multiple stalls in the bathroom had no tissue. As this restaurant does get busy someone should check bathrooms every so often.

Came here for a dinner with my wife and it was great. The service was very good and the food was delicious. I got a jamaican style dish and my wife got a fried chicken bowl. Everything was very delicious especially the truffle fries were got with an amazing garlic aoli.

I am SO disappointed. I am a loyal customer and come here every year for milestones. For my 21st birthday, my family ordered a cheesecake online (on January 6th) with very clear, written instructions under “Special instructions” on the website: “Happy 21st Birthday” with my name and napkins and utensils. There is record of this on BOTH receipts and on my online order. NONE of this happened.
The cake was given in a non-transparent box (on January 6th), so I didn’t even find out until my birthday celebration when we opened it. We all know a 21st birthday is a once-in-a-lifetime milestone, and they completely ruined my moment. If they couldn’t fulfill my requests, the bare minimum would have been to CALL me. They didn’t. I could have cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere with my name written.
When I called to complain, the customer service agent was SO rude and careless. The agent admitted they should have called me but did absolutely nothing to fix it. The entire phone call he spoke in a condescending tone and said “Bring the cake back for a refund.” That is not a solution. It is lazy, unprofessional, and insulting after the damage was already done. This was a mistake on their end, NOT mine. Any professional store, like ShopRite, would have called to notify the customer in advance. I was left with NO RESOLUTION.
This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Zero accountability and care for customers especially with milestone events. I trusted them with an important celebration and was completely let down. I will never order from here again and strongly warn others not to either.

Inquiring Mind
The service was cool, and pretty on point. As per usual the place was packed, 40 min wait. But that was yo be expected on a Friday night. However once we were seated we got service pretty quickly and once we ordered the food didn’t take super long. The buffalo blasts were amazing! Nice and crispy but not greasy. Good amount of heat and also had extra hot sauce with a beautiful blue cheese dipping sauce to compliment them. Even the celery was fresh, clean and crisp. The star of the night was neck and neck between the roadside sliders and the SUPER DUPER fresh french fries they gave us! the pasta was also delicious and had great flavor. Ultimately this was one of my best experiences here food wise, I never really have an issue with their service either. So I’d def recommend this location and will be returning in the future!

I hadn’t been to this restaurant since my college days, so I was excited to visit again. The menu had changed, and unfortunately, my favorite dish ,pasta napolitana, was no longer available.
We went on a weekday, and the place was pretty quiet. The host seated us right away, and our server quickly took our order and brought some bread, which was absolutely delicious.
For appetizers, we ordered the hot spinach and cheese dip along with the Asian cucumber salad. Both were pretty good, though the serving plates felt unnecessarily large.
We shared a fettuccine Alfredo as our main dish, but it was a bit bland; it’s not bad, just not particularly memorable. You can’t win them all!
On the bright side, our waitress was very friendly, and the atmosphere was lively despite the slow night. Overall, it was a decent meal with good service, even if it didn’t quite live up to my past experiences.
