I’ve been coming here for years and it’s consistently a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and the food never misses the mark.
Our go-to dishes are the Miso Salmon (perfectly glazed) and the Carne Asada Steak. We recently tried the BBQ Pork Belly Buns; the texture was great, though a little on the salty side for us.
Of course, the cheesecake selection is legendary—so many options and every single one is tasty.
Pro-Tip: The portions are huge, so come hungry or prepare for leftovers. Also, try to arrive before the 6:00 PM rush to beat the long weekend wait!

Perfect perfect perfect! A delay in the beginning with getting started but after that everything was 5 star, my server was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help me as a solo diner, he has earned my upmost respect. Management make sure you treat Luis D well since he is a very hard working employee and helps your location stand out from any other locations. I am surprised that you guys could replicate a long island grilled cheese style which was impressive. Only thing that I would say could change is 17$ for a grilled cheese is insane if solo, but everything else was priced fairly reasonable. Overall pretty nice location and would return if I’m in area.

Made reservation before going, so only took us like 3/4 minutes to get seated.
They have lots of varieties and the food portions are very large, they do give you takeaway packs to go with what you couldn’tfinish if you like. Also the first time i got to package my leftovers by myself, so kudos to the restaurant. The main dish was a little bit dry for my liking.
Overall a great experience and will definitely try some more dishes from them.
Oh! And I am not a big fan of cheesecake but I finished the ‘original’ I ordered. The size was just perfect!

Ordered the herb crusted salmon and the cajun jambalaya. Both were delicous. In the cajun jambalaya, the chicken and shrimp were very soft and tender. The herb crusted salmon sauce made the meal extra tasty. The day I went was very busy in the restaurant, but I was able to get seated within a few minutes and served within good timing. The service was great especially for how packed the restaurant was. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will come again.

My favorite thing to get on the menu is their chicken salad (caesar) – its really good. My kid likes to get the steak dinner. We always get the stuffed mushrooms, really good. Always a pleasant expeience when coming in.

I love everything here. It is definitely the best american food place. Their fried mac and cheese is a must try. They also serve delicious bread. I also tried their fettuccine alfredo. 10/10. The servers are super friendly and nice.

Ask to be seated in belles section she is amazing kind sweet friendly very personable. She knew the menu front to back made suggestions and knew her drink menu as well. Which wine would go with what she was also very professional. I have been to this location many times before however going forward I will ask to be seated in belles section your experience will be all the more better for it. This establishment is also special needs friendly unlike its next door neighbor just a few shops down Houston’s! They are awful !!! Bring your loved ones here head here to enjoy a welcoming and inclusive evening.

Unclean environment. We were seated with a barely wiped table(you can see the prints), the cutlery was without napkins, the cups were sticky, my forks dirty, they looked understaffed which is probably which is why everything was dirty, the wait time for food was long, and my food tasted microwaved (my steak looked broiled and was uneven in warmth :/). As far as your sides, they carb load you so you’re paying close to $30 for rice and canned corn & $40 for mashed potatoes and a dirty plate. The waiter was nice so there’s that. But this place needs health inspection, will probably not return. We did not report any of this to the manager due to us celebrating a birthday and not wanting to ruin her day (& being on a time crunch).

The Louisiana Chicken Pasta at The Cheesecake Factory is outstanding! The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the creamy, slightly spicy sauce adds amazing flavor. The pasta is cooked perfectly and the portion is huge — super satisfying. Definitely one of the best dishes on the menu!

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived and checked in, and a party of the same size arrived after us. Despite this, they were seated first while we continued to wait with no explanation.
When I asked the receptionist why this happened, the response was dismissive and rude. Instead of offering a simple explanation, we were met with attitude and essentially ignored. That level of unprofessionalism at the front desk is unacceptable.
Our servant is good, however the front desk has really poor customer service. Even the knife is not clean. I would not return to this location.
