Food was good. We got items from the skinny luscious menu and they were great. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with a salad that had a very tasty dressing. My wife had the Parmesan crusted chicken dinner and she said it was fabulous. The service was slow but the waiter and waitress we had were very friendly and apologetic. The prices were on the high side.

Avoid dining there unless you’re willing to eat leftovers and spend much money! We ordered bang bang chicken&shrimp, Thai coconut chicken, and a chicken burrito. The chicken in the dishes was shredded and dry instead of juicy chunks like before. I even sighted a bow tie in my bang bang chicken&shrimp, which is not part of this dish. I’m not sure what was going on this day maybe they had a new cook but our food just wasn’t right. The pasta was overcooked very soggy and tasteless (both). This wasn’t my first time I’ve eaten their jambalaya chicken and shrimp but this time it was overcooked as well as the shrimp so I sent it back and opted just not to eat anything. Sorry to say I won’t be ordering it again.

I ordered a salad with a half turkey sandwich and clam chowder and to have staff knowledgeable to know that the food did not look right and still serve it is mind boggling. I spoke to the manager Burt and he asked, ” What happened? Is the salad a little brown?”

I have ATTEMPTED to place a To-Go from at the Short Hills location, after work, multiple times, multiple days from February 2023 to August 2023. I prefer to CALL to order because I am on the road home from work at around 8:30pm. Out of the 8 weekday evenings I called, I was only able to place my order TWO TIMES!!! This is because if you get lucky enough for some to answer the phone after 15 or so rings, THAT SOMEONE will put you on hold until you get tired of waiting and hang up!

The wait wasn’t too long but when we went they had a mishap with the freezer so we couldn’t order fries. I loved my vegan chili! Everyone else said their meal was ok. The server was really friendly & funny.

Arrived at 12, seated at 12:20, ordered at 12:30, dishes arrived at 1:05, done at 1:20. Most of the time spent waiting and no one checked upon us while we waited. 3 out of the 5 things we ordered were not available. The food available is still pretty good. But not good enough to justify the wait.
